Stayed Dec 26, 2025When we got to the condo the shower in bathroom not connected to master bedroom was broke and was never fixed the whole time we were there we had 1 shower and no bath tub the whole time we were there. We were told things like that just happen. They did nothing to remedy the situation

Stayed Nov 7, 2025I wish I could say something bad so this place would be available anytime I needed it. But, I can’t. Seriously, I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this was absolutely the best. It was clean, quiet, close to everything, excellent beach access, our own garage parking space, and I’m a chef so I bring my own kitchen stuff but I didn’t even need to unpack it. The kitchen had everything we needed. It’s on my saved list…I will be back. It was a glorious week.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Very nice, very clean. Way better than a hotel. Only issue is parking was tight but that is everywhere in that area. We have a Tahoe and it was difficult to park and leave. We would deffintely rent again but would probably bring a smaller vehicle. Other than that, perfect.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks. We checked in on Saturday 8/3 During the stay we experienced the following issues. 1 TV remotes, internet service , and cable TV was not explained . There were 5 different TV remotes 2 AC remotes didn’t work in living room or front bedroom. So that meant that the AC didn't work for two days except in the Primary bedroom 3 Remote window shades didn't work on the main window in the living room or in the front bedroom. This may minor but when the sun sets it shined directly into the living room window beautiful but what a glare. 4 Emailed the on call management service and received a response saying they would send someone over on Monday. Remember we checked in on Saturday! 5 On Monday a helpful representative came over and explained the cable service provider, opened the breaker box and reset the breaker to start the AC in the living room but not in the front bedroom. Tried to fix the automatic shade in the living room but was unable . 6 On Tuesday the AC in the living room started working intermittently . Long story short during our stay we had 2 A/C techs come to try and fix the AC systems but never got them working reliably. One AC tech told us they had been to this condo several times for the same issues. A window shade tech showed up on the next to our last day. I sent the management Co an email requesting a partial refund . They sent what I consider a small refund

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect rental with amazing view! This home is located close to great restaurants, farmers market, entertainment, and coffee shops ! It had everything you need for a beach day, including sand toys and beach chairs etc, all pots and pans, dishes and utensils of all kinds. Communication was fabulous. You do get one parking spot in a garage that's a pretty tight fit, typical for mission beach. The dolphin watching nightly was icing on the cake. Would recommend this beach house, the view alone is priceless.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I have to say I'm a little disappointed with this stay, I typically like booking with surf style but after this stay I'm not sure if I will book with them again. Let me start off the review on the cleanliness, it was pretty bad. Dishes were put back that still had food on them, which made me so disgusted. I tried running a load of those dishes in the dish washer and the dish washer wasn't working properly. Next let's talk about the beds.. we didn't go to the beach the first day we arrived since we came in late. As I went to put my kids in their bed it had tons of sand in the bed, which I thought was odd. Then I went into the master bedroom and the same thing, sand everywhere! This led me to believe the sheets may have not even been cleaned. I have stayed at many other places on mission beach and I've never had this happen. Last thing I would Like to point out was the ac was not even working properly, it wouldn't even turn on. I'm happy the weather wasn't warm when we came Down or else this would have been a problem. I will leave with a positive which was the view of the place was amazing and it was close to some good restaurants!

Stayed May 19, 2024We loved this place. Gorgeous views, steps to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Garage is awesome but bring a smaller car if you can. Can’t say enough good things about it!!!
