Stayed Feb 16, 2024We were in Seaside for my nephews basketball tournament. The location was a perfect walk to the beach, into town, easy access to all the amenities Seaside has to offer. The house was very spacious, clean and provided easy directions for check-in and check out.

Stayed Nov 1, 2023This condo was perfect for our stay. We were visiting with relatives in nearby Gearhart and enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the beach was wonderful and the unit was so clean and fresh! We will be back!

Stayed Apr 2, 2022This location of this property is perfect! Close to everything and you can walk right out to the beach. It was clean and decorated very cute. Things to improve: bed in the master is very uncomfortable and there are not enough sleeping pillows. For a king size bed, 3 small pillows is not enough. For being on the beach, not having beach chairs was a disappointment. This is a huge miss. Lastly, the check in process was very clunky and the communication with the property manager was inconsistent. The code we were told to enter upon arrival did not work. It took several minutes and finally she was able to provide a code that got us in. She had to come to the property to reset the code and give us keys as she was not sure the code on the door would continue to work. We also had to walk through the property with the manager and a clipboard and inspect everything to make sure it was clean and nothing was damaged. I have never had to do this at a Vrbo property before. The last thing you want to do when you get to your vacation home is to have the manager come over and spend time making sure the cleaning crew did their job. All in all it is a great place. It could be even better with a better check in process and a few small upgrades.

Stayed Aug 12, 2021We had a family emergency and could not use this vacation rental, unfortunately. Because it was so close to our check-in day, the property manager would not give us new dates. We were out the cost of the four nights.
