Location, parking and views were great. This was our third stay at this condo, we love it and will continue to use it.

So close to the beach, everything within walking distance, I couldn't ask for more. The condo was clean with a lot of extras, towels, beach equipment all of the amenities, I felt right at home. I really hope to stay with you again

We were looking for a place on the beach, where we were also close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, movie theatre's and churches. This property met all the requirements and more. It is a lovely pointed condo outfitted with every thing you need for a long term stay. The underground parking spot is great and nice to have a visitor spot as wellChris, the host was very communicative and made sure we had easy access on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. You can't go wrong selecting this condo for a short/long term stay. Great value for the money.

My expectations given the price we paid were too high. Both screen windows were torn and the primary bedroom TV did not work. There wasn’t a tv in the second bedroom. The property was very dated and in average condition compared to other properties we’ve stayed at. However, it appeared to be par the area. There was not an in-unit laundry like the profile leads you to believe and the second bathroom is really small with the sink weirdly located in the closet. The weekend we stay there was a little on the warm side and we could have benefited from an air conditioner of which there was none. Where the unit is located near the beach is ideal. A little noisy but not bad.

Clean modern unit. Nice furnishings. Building itself is a little dated. Great location for proximity to beach and restaurants and grocery store. A bit loud outside on weekend. Checking in and out was a breeze. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved everything about this condo. Only downside side is location noise since it is right on the boardwalk. Expected this since it was 4th of July weekend but we had to close windows to sleep, so we were a bit hot. But fans helped a bit. Overall this place was great, very clean, easy check in process. Did send a message to property manager requesting early check in but never heard back. It was ok because we were able to hang on the beach until check in. If I really needed to talk to him I would have tried to call so no big deal.

Great location, walkable to everything, beautiful views, lots to do nearby. The accommodation was comfortable. All beds, sofas, everything was in great condition and clean. Everyone slept great. Almost all basics were included, as well as some thoughtful extra touches like board games. I do wish the original listing mentioned the specifics of the laundry facilities (seems to be updated now, or perhaps I just missed it to begin with) and that detergent isn’t provided. It would have changed how we packed our family of four and is an important deciding factor when choosing a vrbo, especially beachfront. But this is a minor inconvenience that was solved with a walk to CVS. Overall, this is a fantastic property right on the beach. We would rent again.

Perfectly described, the view was stunning! Bed was extremely comfortable. I read in a prior review there was some beach stuff at the condo, however only towels are provided. Bring your own boogie boards and chairs for the beach.

I've stayed at this property a few years before, but it was on the other noisier side of the property. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean and very airy. Communication with the unit's owner was very easy and he responded immediately to all my texts. I would most definately rent this unit out again the next time we travel to SD. Oh the view from the unit is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous,,,I loved siting on the balcony in the early morning hours & watch the surfers catch a few waves.

great place to stay near the beach

Perfect stay! We had a great time. The place was clean easy to access.

See the Sea is a great location in the heart of Pacific Beach. It is walkable to everything in PB and we love that we can park in the garage when we arrive and not drive again until check out. The beach views from the condo are wonderful - I very much enjoyed having coffee on the balcony when we weren’t headed next door to Kono’s for breakfast. The condo was reasonably equipped - we would have loved cooking spray, tinfoil, shampoo and conditioner. The beach supplies were especially helpful - chairs and boogie boards, beach towels. We didn’t find the sink in the second bedroom until after our first day - look in the closet! Other reviews have mentioned the noise - this condo is right off the boardwalk so you have to expect some noise from the restaurant/club down the street on weekend nights, and you often also get people performing for money on the boardwalk. It’s not a deal breaker for us - this is the second time we’ve stayed at this condo complex (first in this particular condo) and the location is worth it. None of us was prevented from sleeping. The condo is comfortable for a family of four.

The location was perfect. Out the door and a few steps to the beach and restaurants. Grocery store 2 blocks away. So nice to have parking. The condo was comfy for the two of us. Just had some noise issues with remodel going on right above us.

Stayed here last year and had to return. Unit is very comfortable and has everything you need. Location is convenient to restaurants, bars, food stores and shopping. Also an easy drive to local attractions. Highly recommend.

Chris was awesome. Sent email prior to check in explaining process to enter. Really can not beat the location. Had everything we needed cvs across the street and market within walking distance. Really enjoyed being out on the balcony.

Beautiful stay in this laid back flat with a killer view. Everything we could need, including the best location by the boardwalk, fully stocked kitchen, soft beds, great sheets, good coffee maker, and a simple and seamless check in and check out. Thanks to Chris for being responsive and gracious. The parking spot was a bonus - our Turo was secure overnight. Can’t wait to stay here again.

very clean, close to restaurants and beach.

This is one example of when the pictures of the rental undersell how nice it is! Everything in the condo was newer and upgraded, very clean. We loved the people watching, but it was a very loud area. We probably won't choose to stay in the area again, because we are getting old and grouchy and all the bars are super loud all night... music, fireworks, and a firestation a block away. BUT if we were younger and into that scene, it would be perfect because everything is steps away. You can walk to all meals and lots of cute coffee places. The condo and the parking and great, and if you love to be where all the people are and party, you are in the right place with this one. We loved our trip to San Diego!

Property was fantastic - great location for walking to shops, coffee and restaurants. Right on the beach-walk so easy access to fun by the water! The condo was clean, has been updated and has a nicely stocked kitchen. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. Hoping to make it back in the future!

The condo was just as expected and described. Comfortable place to stay with nice views. Literally steps to the beach and the parking garage was great. Tenants and neighbors were all very friendly. Plus there are shopping carts in the garage to bring your luggage up. Overall, I felt the place was clean. However, the handles on the fridge were grimy on the backside. And my kids found a variety of items under their bed, from food to a teeth retainer. BEWARE: The neighborhood can be loud at night. On Sunday there were loud night clubs and the bass and music was loud inside the condo. In addition, there’s a public parking lot at the base of the building. So lots of noise (people yelling and cars reving) all night until the club shut down. On Wednesday night there was a homeless man playing his trumpet into the wee hours of the morning. My kids said they didn’t hear anything in the guest room. But in the master bedroom and living room it was loud. I would definitely stay here again if it wasn’t for the noise. But that’s a deal breaker for me.

Great location to walk to restaurants/bars, shopping, and you're right on the beach!

The property was close to beach and restaurants and bars. Very younger age groups vs family oriented. Loud all night long with windows open since no AC. Building was clean and safe. Condo had all we needed.

We enjoyed very much watching the ocean, walking on the beach walk, and the access to the beach. Being close to Ralphs and to several good restaurants was a great advantage for us. The balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy drinks, snacks, and the close ocean view. Since we were there during July and early August, we also had the pleasure of watching the fireworks from SeaWorld from our balcony during several evenings. The furniture was very comfortable, and we could see the ocean from the living area!

This condo was GREAT! Perfect location! Beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk from the 2 Balconies! The kitchen was fully eqipped with everything you need very spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom condo! If your looking for San diego beach vacation THIS IS IT! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE STAY!!.... I HOPE TO RETURN SOON! ONLY con: pillows in the main bedroom stink like the beach
