Stayed May 23, 2025My family has been coming to Ocean Cove for over 40 years and it has always been a good time. Great location, the property is well kept and quiet, and there is always ample beach space. 306 was a treat and in great condition for its age. Sure, it could use some minor touch ups, but there were no glaring issues and everything was easy! Would reccomend to a friend and will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was good, but the rental unit was in need of many updates. The furniture in the living room was dirty & uncomfortable. There are no ceiling fans in the unit which are needed for air circulation. The cookware needed to be replaced. The washing machine had rust in it. The balconies were wonderful. The view was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: Love the location and the fact that there are limited number of condos. The unit itself was suitable for our family needs. I realize that some guess would not respect the unit but a few improvements would be nice: new faucet's, shower door sticks and the washer is rusting.
