What a wonderful place to stay on the beach with a beautiful pool and lovely views. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Overall, this property was an excellent place to stay, but If you have any mobility issues this is not for you, my husband and I are older and had problems with all the stairs, also the lack of any hand rails in the shower or tub. We did not go to the beach as it was to far for us to walk. If you are younger this is an excellent place to stay.

This is a 2 story condo that has 2 full bdrms and baths. The couch pulls out to sleep 2 more people. Nicely decorated and clean. Can see ocean from lania. Property is on beach and this stretch of beach no one is permitted to drive on so it is very safe for small children. Enjoyed food in the area. Close access to Publix and Walmart. No cons in my opinion

This cozy condo was perfect for my little family. Kelly, the host, was excellent, even when I didn't pay attention to how to access the condo when I arrived. Lisa in the office was amazing and one of the sweetest people. She helped me while I was there and was very thoughtful in discussing different food options around town. I was sad that King's Tide was in while we were here, so we didn't get much beach time. However, when we did go, it was incredibly private. I loved how we were mostly alone on the beach, and when we did see someone, it was such a lovely interaction. There are so many great shells on the beach, and I take that as a sign of its privacy, so there is not much foot traffic. The condo was super clean. I always worry that pictures look clean, and the place will not be, but this one was spotless. It smelled so good in there, too. We loved the blankets in the living room, mainly because it was rainy while we were there, and there was a day when we couldn't go to the beach, so we stayed in and played games and cuddled up. It was the perfect place for that. We did not use any pots or pans or cook anything, but I did see that it had everything we would have needed if we had done so. We wish we had more time in this town because there is a lot we didn't do. We plan on returning, and I will definitely book this condo again when we do.Thank you, Kelly.

Such a perfect place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked for anything you might need to prepare food. Proximity to the beach was amazing, quiet part of the beach with a great pool really close. Air condition worked great, plenty of room for people to sleep with two queen beds and a pull out couch. Kelly the host was super kind, will definitely stay again.

Overall, everything was good. The only issue we had was the dishwasher not working and a maintenance tech having to come. It took a few days to get it resolved. Otherwise, the property is in a quiet location with easy access to the beach.

We visited with our 5 year old son for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo is very easily accessible for parking and a very short (like 2 minute) walk to the pool and beach. The beach is beautiful and the pool is just right. This end of the beach is not as crowded and the short drive to the town area and restaurants is totally doable and worth it. The condo has everything you need to cook a meal, mostly breakfast for us, and the balcony has a good view of the beach. Our only complaint was the beds not being very comfortable which made it hard to get sleep. Easily solved with a nap by the pool! Other than that, perfect vacation and we hope to be back!

Clean, well-equipped, great location. Nicely decorated--love the updated flooring & counter tops. Very comfortable beds & pillows.

We have been back home a few weeks now and are still dreaming of this property! Kelly was really helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had prior to booking (FYI there are hairdryers in both rooms - woo!). We found the property easily using Google Maps and the check-in instructions. Parking up we went to collect our parking pass and discovered the office was closed. We rang Kelly and she explained the office manager has Wednesday's off so we just popped back in the morning and collected this. We really liked that the door has a code, ideal if you are popping to the pool or beach and don't want to worry about losing the key! The code was also made personal to my stay so I felt secure that only we would have access. The area in general feels very private and safe. Everyone we spoke with staying in neighbouring properties were friendly - a real community feel. The property itself was perfect - it was just myself and a friend staying so we have a whole bedroom and bathroom each. Beds are comfy and the view from the master overlooking the sea is just dreamy. The kitchen and living area is also lovely, with a balcony leading out to enjoy a coffee in the mornings. We didn't make use of the pool (despite the gorgeous view of the beach), but that's only because we couldn't resist dipping our toes in the sea each morning and having a lovely stroll. We will absolutely be returning as soon as possible! Thank you again for a wonderful trip.

Condo had everything we needed! Swimming pool is not heated but we were able to take advantage of it a few really warm days. Great communication!
