Ocean City Home 1 Block to Beach & Boardwalk!

Very clean, fun, family friendly, close to the beach and boardwalk! My family had a great stay!

Location is amazing and the property has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

The property was perfectly located and convenient to the beach and boardwalk. The unit was sunny and roomy.

This marks the third year we have used this property for our late summer vacation-recommended!

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this property. Outstanding place-we will likely rent from again!

Homeowner Donna sooo helpful on arrival day. Had a bunch of questions as to where badges were, Beach towels etc. she responded immediately and was calm and collected. ( unlike me, I needed to chill ) My husband left his toiletries bag there after we checked out. Donna called us to see if we needed the RX meds left in bag , so we could come back or she would mail to us. Location perfect, very close to beach. House was decorated nicely ,extremely comfortable (especially couch) and inviting. The only thing I would say it could use new carpet, it’s not dirty just worn. Some thing like a Berber might hold up better Thanks, Donna. Super host

Just back from a fun week at this lovely and spacious home. It is very clean and so well maintained and appointed (beach chairs, cooking supplies, etc). The decor and furnishings are perfect. There is a shady porch for when you have had enough sun. The location is in a great family neighborhood, nice and quiet. Beach is a block and a half walk, the boardwalk action is just a bit further. A Blitz’s market, Uncle Bill’s Pancakes , Nauti Donuts and Aunt Betty’s ice cream (all OCNJ institutions) are a short walk away as well. Our kids had bikes and navigated around on their own and had a great time. The homeowners really want to be sure you enjoy your stay. They are so easy to reach and work with. A great way to enjoy Ocean City!

Donna was amazing! The place was super nice and clean. Everything was in working order. Couches super comfy and the balcony area was a great wind down area. Beds are the foam mattresses and a little firm but we like it that way. You can’t feel the person next to you get up or in bed in the middle of the night so you get a full nights sleep. We also needed an ironing board and she told me to go get one and was reimbursed! Super helpful owners and recommend it anyone looking for an amazing vacation. Location was right at the beginning of the boardwalk so you can hit up Bob’s rent a bike and head all the way to Browns and back within an hour or less. Neighbors below are super cool too!

The owners of this house were the nicest and most accommodating people I have ever rented from. Donna emailed me promptly and responded to my questions within hours. She checked in with us to make sure things were going well. The house was perfect-great location. Easy one block walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We hardly needed to get in our car. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space was comfortable. There were beach supplies available to us-beach chairs, boogie boards for the kids and 6 beach tags. The owner offered us a night free-and we gladly took her up on it! We are planning to return next year.

Beautiful, comfortable, easy walk to the beach. Close enough to the boardwalk without being close to the noise. Owners are super accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone.
