The location is great with fabulous pools and a beautiful beach.Only issues were a dishwasher that didn’t seem to work, a faucet that dripped and a master bathroom exhaust fan that was covered with what appeared to be dust or mold.

Our group consisted of my family (2 adults, 1 five year old, 1 three month old) and my husbands parents (both over 70). Having the two King size beds was wonderful! The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels and linens. For the condo, the only downsides worth noting were that, for us, the beds were way too soft and the shower heads were not great. Mattresses are a thing of preference so I wouldn’t mark the property down on this - just worth nothing. The shower heads in both bathrooms were not great but the main bath(not master) one was odd as the water poured out like a regular faucet. Again, no major impact on our stay but worth mentioning. I’d say things were in good condition overall. The furniture was very comfortable, electronics worked well, and everything was well stocked and tidy.The walk to the beach and the clubhouse/pools was very easy for my family but my husbands parents had a more difficult time with the trek. The beach was beautiful, clean, and not at all crowded.We had one meal at the on-site Grill and the food was good but pretty steep. For the four adults (burgers and fries) and one child (hot dog) plus four cocktails, it was close to 250 with gratuity. The pools and splash pad were very clean but very crowded. Still, everyone we encountered was lovely! The Publix at the entrance to the grounds was super convenient but we opted to have groceries delivered. It worked out very well! Also had Pizza from Five Star Pizza which was delicious!

Our stay was perfect, we felt right at home the moment we arrived. Being that my children are 17 & 19 it was nice to have larger beds in the bedrooms vs bunk beds. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The unit was very close to the beach and easy to access. The property was super dog friendly, the property supplied waste bags for easy cleanup.

The view of the ocean beyond the golf course was my favorite spot! Just beautiful! I sat and read with a constant breeze. The rooms were great with very comfy beds. It was perfect for my family if 6 and I highly recommend it for yours!

Very nice upscale condo. The view of the course is just amazing with the ocean behind it, as we sat in the morning enjoying coffee and breakfast. All grounds were well taken care of. I liked that they had a “quiet” pool. Publix was right around the corner too. The beach did have rocks as others have mentioned but honestly they are no big deal at all. Only bad thing and its not that bad was the walk to the pool is about 3 blocks over. Would I stay here again…….absolutely yes.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was just as advertised. The area and beach was fabulous. Would stay here again.
