Ocean Breeze: New Condo Steps to the Beach

We really enjoyed our last minute stay! The condo is very nice and in a very convenient location to the beach, shops, restaurants, pool, etc.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Lynn and Chris from the management company were very responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated.We loved being in our own condo but only 8 beach houses down from our friends’ family who were also here for the week. Great to be able to join them at their house or the beach by just walking down the beach but jave our own place.Loved the little taco bar/restaurant, The Salty Rim, right next door for some Margaritas and more and also enjoyed the pool which has plenty of lounge chairs. The option to rent a cabana for some shade at the pool is nice although given we were there to spend time with our friends a little further down the beach we did not elect to rent one this time. Maybe when we return.We also loved the outdoor shower and having a full-size W/D right in the condo. So many good places to get food or a drink, as well as a few shops are all within walking distance of the complex, The Currituck Lighthouse is across the street.Beds were very comfortable and the HVAC worked great. ( It was high 90s the week we were here.)Highly recommend and plan to return!

One thing I have to say is l loved that it was hardwood floors and not wall to wall carpet it makes it feel so clean

We very much enjoyed out stay. Super clean condo. Great communication. Everything you need pretty much within walking distance includung the beach.

Our host, Lynn, was outstandingly hospitable with us throughout our stay. Her communication was on par, she made us feel welcomed, and we loved the unit! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location, clean, nice beach chairs.

Communication was excellent. I had all the information prior to the day of check in. Very easy location to find and parking was simple as well. The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. The location was perfect for the beach and light shopping and restaurants. The pool was clean and well kept as well as the entire neighborhood. I will keep this peoperty saved for furutre stays at the OBX!

It was a 3 minute walk to the beach! So convenient. Condo was beautiful and comfortable.

A great clean place to stay! Note to property managers: throw in a few more blankets. Some of the nights are cold!

Wonderful property for long weekend. We loved walking to the lighthouse, Carolina bbq, and coffee shop. The beach was in easy walking distance and getting onto the 4x4 beach was a breeze from here! We didn’t need to use it but they had beach chairs available and an outdoor shower (we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower, but we brought our own so it didn’t matter much). Beds were comfy and shower pressure was FANTASTIC. Not much of a view but there is a pool and gym within easy walking distance. Will absolutely stay here again for a long weekend
