Stayed Jun 24, 2023The property was on the older side, but it was clean. The kitchen appeared to be the most recent room to be remodeled. It would have been nice if the bathrooms were more up to date. We cooked several meals for 6 people, but there seemed to be a shortage of pots and pans to cook these meals efficiently. Our biggest concern was the poor performance of the 4 wall mounted air conditioning units. We made the property manager aware of the issue, and they indicated the ac contractor would not be able to check these units until the day before we were scheduled to depart. Unfortunately, the contractor never showed and we did not receive any updates from the property manager. I expressed my disappointment with the property manager when we checked out and they indicated they would follow up on the issue to see if the property owner would be willing to offer a discount. It has been a few days and I have yet to hear from them.
