Stayed Mar 6, 2026Very responsive and flexible owner, answered me back within minutes of me asking a question. Leave bedroom doors open you sleep to let the heat in otherwise gets a little chilly. Great house :-)

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Great location close to the boardwalk, convention center, and the beach. There were a few inconveniences (no wash cloths, wasn't cleaned thoroughly, loud AC unit, a mildew smell lingers after some renovations in one room) but we were given the number for the property caretaker who went out of her way to help us: brought wash clothes, and cleaned the AC, and replaced the coffee maker that was missing a basket. Friendly neighbors too.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025We had a rainy weekend but due to the location there was so much to do. Girls trip turned out well and we all got to do something relaxing and visit with friends who were also down. Bonus that there is an ice cream place and bagel shop on either side and mini golf across the street.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024I grew up & live in S. Jersey . Know & love the beach . Location is key to this place . I’ve stayed at many old beach houses . It is what it is . Again ….. Location -Location . Board walk is a block away . House is old & beat up. Toilet flushed , shower worked . Location , Location ! Yea , we talked about renting it next year for the same event we attended this year . Why you ask would we rent again when it’s not 5 stars ….. LOCATION !
