Stayed Oct 15, 2025Condo was clean, comfortable. However, the lower bunk bed mattress close to the wall was very uncomfortable. Generally, a good stay.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love to stay here- so much that we rent it beginning of summer and end of summer. The rental is comfy and cozy and easy access to everything. Well stocked, very clean and rental agent, Brooke, was on top of everything from beginning to end. We love this place!!!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025The nearness to the beach and all the great places that Rehoboth has to offer makes this place wonderful. We had 7 adults stay here which felt cramped at times, but that didn't take away from the great vacation experience. The one shower was very small, but my under 25 year old kids could use it. The check-in process was smooth and seamless and the one problem we had with a broken fan was rectified that same day. I wouuld definitely return in the future.

However, there were several items that need repair and/or better maintenance like drain stoppers not sealing and floors that need mopping.

This is probably our 8th stay here. The unit is always very clean, well kept, well stocked and it is soooo close to the beach, Very close to shopping and restaurants. We have always had excellent customer service from realty company with any concerns. 7 Maryland will be our pick for the next several years to come.

Stayed May 24, 2024The unit was clean, had ample parking, and was less than a minute walk to the boardwalk/beach. Walls were a bit thin with neighboring units playing very loud music into the early morning hours, but since that can happen anywhere this property was pretty perfect. Would recommend and consider renting again!

One in summer, one in fall. The house is clean and has everything one would need. We love being close to the Boardwalk. Would recommend renting 7W to anyone!!!
