Stayed Mar 1, 2026There was loud construction going on above us for about 1-2 weeks. Made the condo unusable during the day. If we had known we would not have rented. The building HOA needs a system to communicate to be honest with renters. We wasted 5k. The condo itself was fantastic!

Stayed Feb 1, 2026Contacted the host several times during our stay, he was alway very cordial and helpful in addressing our questions or concerns. The location and the unit were just what we were hoping for. Really enjoyed all of the military activities and walks on beach. We had an excellent stay!

Stayed Aug 2, 2023This condo is located in a spectacular area of Coronado Island. Literally next-door to the del Coronado Hotel, and walking distance to all of the restaurants on Orange Avenue. We had such a wonderful time. We actually extended our stay for an additional week. Great area for dogs, they are welcome throughout Coronado Island. The Coronado beach dog park is walking distance from the unit and a fabulous place to take your furry friends in the morning. Also, dogs are welcome throughout Coronado Island, at restaurants and in the complex. The complex itself is extremely clean with multiple pools, Pickleball courts, tennis courts and a gym. But, who needs a gym when there is miles of ocean front walking available right out your front door. The unit needs a little love but nothing insurmountable! I would definitely recommend

Stayed Apr 1, 2022The condo is in a great location, just minutes from the beach. Great views looking out the windows of the ocean, ships, and the bay. Just a few little notes: short on coffee mugs, very dull knives, uncomfortable dining room side chairs ( the seat was worn out) . It would be nice to have a tv in each of the bedrooms.
