The Space:

Welcome to Ocean Bay Club, where oceanfront paradise meets comfort and style. This inviting condo offers sweeping views of the Atlantic, thoughtfully designed spaces, and everything you need for a relaxing beach escape. From enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony to unwinding after a day in the sun, every detail has been chosen to create a memorable coastal vacation unlike the ordinary.



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You are able to bring up to 2 vehicles. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator is available.



Kitchen: Fully stocked. Regular coffee maker, a Keurig and a Nespresso. Air fryer!



Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views.



Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Balcony access! Samsung smart TV.



Bathroom 1: Separate tub & stand up shower - attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: King bed. Samsung smart TV.



Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2.



Bedroom 3: King bed. Samsung smart TV.



Bedroom 4: Queen bed. Samsung smart TV.



Bathroom 3: Shared by bedroom 3 & 4.



Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Balcony will be undergoing required maintenance from 9/14 to 10/14. During this window, the balcony will be strictly closed (the HOA imposes steep fines for stepping out on it while work is active), and the windows will be covered to protect them from construction dust and sealant. Everything inside the home will be in great shape.



Pool: Shared complex amenities (indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tub)! See photos.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The hot tub and lazy river are temporarily closed for construction.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex!



Other pros: Cordless vacuum & USB&C ports in each room



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use thermostat.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in an amazing section of North Myrtle Beach!

✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 18 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Max guest count is 8.
