Ocean & Arch View Penthouse With A 2 Min Walk To The Beach

My stay here was wonderful! Here are some of the reasons why it was so great:-A beautiful view. -A spacious and beautiful unit with everything you need. -A 2 minute walk to the semi-private beach.-Easy pickup and drop off for Ubers. -Darren was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions I had. Such a great experience.

Room had everything you could ask for. Kitchen fully furnished with spices and appliances. Super nice! Comfortable and clean. View was amazing. Communication with the owner & property manager was great. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We saw and heard humpback whales every morning while enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony. The food at the pool bar was surprisingly very good. I recommend the tacos. Man do they know how to make guacamole down there. Close enough to downtown Cabo but not to close. Anyway it was a very nice stay. Cheers.

This is the second time at Darren’s condo and I absolutely love this place. It’s close to everything with just an uber ride, which only takes a couple minutes to be picked up, to down town Cabo, the marina or San Jose del Cabo. The beach is beautiful with great snorkeling. Everything you need for the beach is provided, down to a football to throw around.The condo has one of best views of the Sea of Cortez and El Arco. You can see whales from the deck and enjoy the activity of the boats passing by. The grocery store is just under a mile away and has everything you’ll need. I walked there. There are many great restaurants also in walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked and Darren’s thought of everything you may need to make your stay perfect, including a sewing kit! The people that work at the complex are wonderful and friendly, always greeting you and ready to help in anyway. Elihu the property manger is also very helpful. I had no propane for the bbq and needed my water dispenser changed. He had it done by the time I returned from my day at the beach. The bed is super cozy and I had the best sleep, waking up to have my coffee on the patio enjoying the sunrise! I highly recommend Darren’s condo. I’ve had the best time there!

Amazing view! Able to see Lands End, city lights, cruise ships and watch whales all from the balcony. Comfortable condo with everything you need for vacation.

Beautiful condo, amazing view, big well equipped kitchen! Close to Cabo, further from San Jose. Condo itself is perfect, The only down side is establishment nearby that plays loud music into the night. Not great for someone who wants to sleep early but nothing like downtown Cabo either.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It’s located outside of town about 15 min, so it was nice and quiet. Off the large deck, an amazing ocean view with sunrise to your left, sunset to your right with comfortable seating. The layout of the condo and amenities were great. The beach is where we spent our time and it’s just a perfect spot. Snorkeling, floating in the waves, even surfing at times with no vendors and easy to leave stuff unattended without risk. We just loved it! Seriously, you will not regret this place! Highly recommend Fresko grocery store across the highway. Good prices since they offer local/non brands for cheeses and such. They have everything!

This condo is great!, very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, away from the party area. The views from the balcony are stunning, we truly enjoyed our stay there. Can’t wait to go back.
