We really enjoyed our time at St Augustine and the Night of Lights. Our condo was in a great location. Loved our walks on the beach. Easy access to Historic downtown plus all the restaurants on Anastasia Island. The place was clean and comfortable. It could use some minor upgrades and it would be stellar.

Condo was in a great location. Pier, restaurants and easy access to downtown. It was a bit outdated but spacious, clean and convenient to everything with great access and views of Ocean from balcony.

The room was very clean and close to the beach. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend.

3 night stay and the condo plus the customer service were wonderful. Will definitely be back and refer others. Pool and amenities were clean and in great shape. Every condo has a view.

My husband and I have been coming to St. Augustine for a few years for my birthday. We chose this condo for the location. It did not disappoint! We loved that you could walk to restaurants and shops. The beach view from the balcony was also a plus. We had a few issues during our stay that were quickly resolved. I was impressed with their quick responses to issues. The condo itself met our expectations. The only thing we missed was a hot tub but that is no fault of the owners. Overall we had a lovely time and we would go back.

The check in was easy, the communication with the staff was excellent! They responded quickly. Location, location it was awesome.would recommend it to my friends.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was a short walk, and peaceful atmosphere.

This property was perfect for a 4 day beach get-away! The condo was clean comfortable and owner provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach and great relaxing patio space/balcony. We used the beach chairs and umbrella provided. There are walkable restaurants bars coffee shops etc. Grocery was a short drive. Walk on the beach up to the state park was beautiful and all natural beach environment. We had great weather and totally relaxed! The pool is clean warm and not crowded. The pool area is super clean and met some nice visitors. There is security patrolling from time to time and I felt safe here. Parking no issues. Pretty and well maintained landscaping. Pier is right there as well as a park with lots of activities volleyball bocci etc. We loved our vacation here and I also enjoyed the German art and decorations books etc in the condo! We would return in the future if welcomed back.

Had an amazing weekend at pier point 17, right on the beach and pool, walking distance to great restaurants and very comfortable lodging exactly as described. 2nd year in a row at pier point and with itrips and I’m planning another for next year hopefully at the same place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here-absolutely no concerns about cleanliness and comfortable beds and pillows. The location is perfect for going into the historic section and being on the beach. Having a view of the ocean and the pool is great. An unexpected treat was being able to see a rocket launch from the beach one evening! Photos are accurate of the condo and property. Very comfortable although not elaborate. ( not an issue for us, though might be for someone). I do agree with a previous review that lighting could be better in the master bedroom and living room. The lamps present in the pictures are not enough. Overall though, we would look to this property again if we were to return in the future.

The location of Pier 17 was so great for my stay. There was endless beach to walk on after waking to the ocean view. Restaurants were in abundance and Rita's was 50 yards away. The accommodations were absolutely spot on and perfect for me. The pool was even heated and was superb for a swim in February. 10/10

Lovely condo with spectacular beach & ocean views. Well equipped with eating & cooking utensils. Comfortable beds & furniture. Be prepared for lots of stair climbing. ITrip great to work with.

Oh the view! We very much enjoyed our stay. It was so great to see the sunrise right over the beach and just steps away from the beach itself. You’re also very close to the fishing pier which was nice as well. The condo was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. For the price per night, they need to be competitive with the two resorts surrounding the condo, so higher end towels, better toiletry offerings, make sure all lights and ceiling fans work properly, clean windows, etc. sounds a bit picky, but makes all the difference at this price point. These did not detract from the experience of staying right on beautiful St Augustine Beach. Great restaurants around. Stay away from Salt Life Food Shack. They draw you in with the beautiful rooftop area but the food was really poor quality. Thank you for the stay!

I booked this listing through VRBO because it said it was pet friendly (and paid quite a bit more over other listings in the same complex because it said so), but didn't mention that there is a pet fee or the restrictions that showed up in the fine print. Because of the added cost, we ended up leaving the dog with a friend, which was kind of a bummer since I booked for being pet friendly. Since booking, I see that the pet policy has been amended on the listing to only allow service animals. I believe this was a new listing at least on VRBO so there were probably some details that needed refining. There were a few things in the condo that needed to be repaired like loose nails sticking out on the stairs-ouch! The unit could also benefit from more lamps (none on the night stands in the bedroom). I'm sure these things will be updated as the rental gets more feedback. That said, the condo was beautiful, 2 stories with bedrooms upstairs, the private balcony was so nice for drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the cool night air. The location was also amazing, right on the beach, with a warm pool, walking distance to shops and restaurants, we could even bike into the historic downtown from our condo (~5 miles on way). It made for a dream vacation and I would absolutely book this unit again!
