Ocean and Pool View Condo – Point East Condominium

This condo was perfectly located on the beach with easy access to it. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make for a great stay.

Our stay in New Smyrna beach was fabulous! The location right on the beach is exactly what we were looking for and restaurants/shopping are a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this property and Michelle was amazing to work with!

This is the second time we've stayed at Michelle's Point East Condominium. We absolutely love it! You can't beat the beach being right outside along with a pool we can enjoy. We love how relaxing it is to be there and not worry about cars driving by or being close but not so close to Flagler Ave. The condo itself always feels homey and has everything we need to enjoy the stay. My daughter loves the idea of having her own bathroom to avoid sharing with my wife and I. Keep up the great hospitality!!

The property was clean and comfortable. It was literally steps to the beach and the pool looks out over the beach. Very well maintained grounds! It was well worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at Point East. The beach was amazing and the location was perfect. The condo is a bit dated but was very very clean. Michelle is quick to respond to any questions and left us a list of restaurants and places to go. We would definitely stay again!

Overall great time! Cute condo, wonderful pool area with beach/shower access and family friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Great location. The view of the ocean from the pool and balcony is breathtaking. Clean unit and the check in and check out was effortless

Exactly as advertised. The best part was the closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, and playing cards. We were also greteful for the beach towels-- always nice to have

We wanted to stay close to our relatives and this was perfect. Everything was just as it was described. My only feedback would be directions for the tv would have been helpful.

We stayed 3 nights at Point East and were really happy with the location. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, but we were overall very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked it was with anything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!

Second time at this place. I could hear the ocean in bedand watch the ocean on the terrace.Very comfortable2 bedroom, 2 bath. with elevator.Two good parksvery close by: New Smyrna Dunes Park and CanaveralNational Seashore.East Central Regional Bicycle Trailwithin driving distance.

Great location and good spot to stay.

The room and overall property were very nice. The online description of the property was accurate. There were a couple minor issues with the room: 1) The master bathroom fan was broken; 2) There were some ants on the kitchen counter that did not return after wiping up; 3) There was a roach near the front door. There were also a couple of issues regarding the property management that could be improved. The unit next door was undergoing major renovations from about 9am-3pm. This resulted in excessive noise in the unit we stayed in. The other issue was that the outside of the building was being painted. The painters needed to paint the door jams and used a master key to open rooms. We returned one afternoon to find our door wide open and nobody around. The property manager should have made us aware of these issues prior to renting or proactively worked to get us a different room.

This is our third time staying on that property.We do enjoy that property.I used to live in the area, so have friends.In the area, they come spend the day we barbecue off the beach, very nice

EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED. DID HAVE SOME TROUBLE EXTRICATING THE ENTRY KEY FROM THE LOCKBOX. FINALLY WAS ABLE TO OPEN IT,

We have stayed at a lot of places in NSB but this was our favorite thus far! Great communication, great place and the atmosphere is perfect. I can’t wait to book again!

The condo was clean with easy check in! Our family has been staying at Point East for years and this was the first time using VRBO for the rental process. I will be doing it again! We love New Smyrna and alway have a great experience!!

The condo was as described online. It was clean and well stocked: beach chairs, toys, towels, sheets, kitchen items, etc. Michelle was quick to respond to my questions. Parking was right below the condo and next to the stairs to the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants and stores close by. We liked Aunt Catfish and Blackbeards Inn restaurants. C's Waffles is great for breakfast.

Four days at the beach relaxing with my friend and catching up with each other. Reading, swimming, shopping, eating out -- great time! We loved this property and this condo was perfect for us!

We loved this property. It was lovely. It had everything you would need. I've never explored this area before and it was fantastic. The location was perfect. The property was spotless. Views were spectacular. I will definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend staying at this unit.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back in the future.
