The condo comprises 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds and 1 shared bathroom.

There is plenty of closet space and the bed linen is fresh and clean.

The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen also is home to the washer and dryer and hosts all the kitchen accessories needed for an enjoyable stay whether it's for 3 nights or 30.



There is a dining table that seats up to 4 people that is connected to the kitchen.



The living room has several couches, a large flat screen TV, Cable and WiFi.



Walk out of the front gate and you are 50ft from the Ocean Beach Pier. This pier boasts over 500,000 visitors a year. People love to fish from the Pier, look down at the tide pools or just enjoy a casual stroll overlooking the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.



The beach is just 2 blocks' away as are all the shops, restaurants and bars sprinkled along Newport Ave and other adjoining streets.



Enjoy the OB Noodle House just steps away or walk to Newport Ave and indulge in the many cuisines such as Hodads for its notorious burgers featured on the Food Network.

A little bit about Ocean Beach:



This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining. Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!

This home is not equipped with A/C, it is equipped with ceiling fans in each room.



This home sits within a condominium complex and you have neighbors surrounding you. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule. All our properties are equipped with noise monitors and will notify us if there is excessive noise at any home.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.



The OB Pier is currently closed to the public.

    Perfect place to stay. A 2 min walk to the beach and great restaurants. One block away from Ocean Beach”s main drag but such a quiet location. Having a parking spot is a huge time saver. Spacious condo w great amenities. This is the perfect place to stay. We will stay here every year for sure!

    This apartment was accurate in an interesting area with plenty of action. Close to surf and a quick walk to the dock. Inside all the proper amenities, everything was spot on. The one thing missing was an air conditioner. Even a portable air conditioner using 110 V blowing out the window would’ve been a cheap option to call the bedroom down enough to sleep. I live in Sacramento area and I’m used to the high heat, the humidity wasn’t even that bad but trying to sleep at 78 to 80° with only fans to assist did not suffice. I would be happy to read this again if they added air conditioning , All of the towels, beach chairs, toilet paper spices dishes pots and pans were perfect and well thought out. Thank you for your attention to detail, the professional cleaning crew did a great job

    What a great place to stay for the two of us. Location was a two minute walk to the beach. Many restaurants and shops close by. The unit was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would return.

    First thing that stood out. When receiving our check in process email. The owner was already telling me that they expect only positive reviews. I haven’t physically seen the location at this point. We tried working with the owner. They have very steep stairs that were not disclosed to us when we booked. Only that it was a 2 story town home. Normally not a problem but the stairs are not meant for small children to be around. There was no safety gate provided. When asked, we were told to use a massage table and a basket to block of the entrance to their stairs. We unfortunately had to leave right after checking in due to the hazard it posed for my two year old. This home is also not friendly for people with certain disabilities since all bedrooms are located up stairs. Had we known about this from the start we would’ve avoided booking. We lost out on our money because the owner chose not to refund. Also installing a gate we purchase ourselves would have damaged the walls causing us even more money. Lastly there are homeless that regularly take up stairs in the parking garage area right next to your vehicle.

    Location was great. Ceiling fan was broken in master bedroom. No laundry soap. Not enough toilet paper. We could walk everywhere. Lots of tasty restaurants.

    Hotel like apartment that has everything you need in a great location. A block away from some of the best restaurants and very close to the beach. Bathroom drawers had some trash in them and the floors could be cleaner. Having a parking spot is a must in this neighborhood so that was convenient.
