Stayed Mar 5, 2025The place was very comfortable. The patio with lighted plants was so beautiful. We loved lounging by the pool and walking/biking in Palm Springs.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Our stay at the “oasis in the desert” met all our expectations. Upon arrival check-in was easy and the unit was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with a few necessities and spices and the welcome package was much appreciated! Downtown Palm Springs, the convention centre and casino are all within easy walking distance. Our hosts, Alfredo and Bruce, were available and quickly responded when contacted. The grounds including the two pools and hot tub were very well maintained but the outstanding part of this rental is the patio of the unit. If you are looking for an oasis in the desert you have found it on this patio.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025We really enjoyed our 431 Hermosa stay this past January. The condo is lovely, and the patio is a perfect place to relax. Our hosts were kind and responsive in every respect.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023This property was perfect for a month stay. The condo was comfortable and the patio was just amazing. Beautiful spot. Owners were lovely and easy to talk to. Loved it so much we already booked multiple months!!! Perfect spot.
