Stayed Nov 1, 2024This condo is perfect. Sue and Mike are very nice to work with. The condo is close to pool, clubhouse. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jan 10, 2023We liked the location very much . The condo needs updating . The first morning - both shower heads were broke !! They were replaced that afternoon. Ugh The bathroom in the master bedroom was not cleaned !! Toothpaste in both sinks , floor was very dirty including the kitchen . The second bedrooms bedspread was from Goodwill as the tag was left on. Which means it wasn’t washed . The comforter in the master bedroom was shredded on a corner, and very dirty as well . The kitchen was stocked ok , but with old pans and no mixing bowls . I cleaned for 2 hours when we moved in. …. Nothing matches in the whole unit.

Stayed Dec 4, 2022I enjoyed my 3 week stay at the condo. It was nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home especially in the kitchen. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking in the Surprise area.

Stayed Oct 31, 2020We stayed here for 2 months. The neighborhood is quiet with great people. Good location to walk to stores and restaurants. Sue is quick to respond. The townhouse is roomy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
