We really enjoyed our stay! The house and setup were perfect for our small family. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was great. We would definitely come back.If you have a small child, I would just recommend bringing some items along for child proofing.

This was our 3rd time renting this house. The location is great in a quiet section of Ocean City. The front porch is my favorite spot. We will be back!

This was our second double date vacation at this rental, it's beautiful, spacious, clean, and great location! Easy walk to the beach less than 10 minutes.

The house was clean and comfortable with fun coastal decor. We especially enjoyed the covered front porch for hanging out and watching the world go by. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed but we were able to easliy walk to the beach, coffee shop, deli, playground and a few restaurants with two young kids in tow. We will definitely consider visiting again.

Great house, has everything you need including a beach cart (if you have kids). Owner was very communicative during the entire process. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Joe’s place! There was plenty of space for my family. The location was walkable to the beach, a great seafood place and small corner grocer. The house itself was clean and had pretty much everything to make out week’s stay comfortable! Would definitely book again!

Overall our stay was amazing!! The only issue we really had was the dryer eventually stopped drying our clothes very well and we could nut figure out where the lint vent was. This did not happen until our second to last day so it was not too much of a problem. Other than this, the place was beautiful and the location was PERFECT!!

Beautiful clean quiet neighborhood- short walk to beach/boardwalk. -clean condo with nice porch- would have liked a toaster instead of toaster oven for breakfast - and maybe a few more things to cook with - plenty of dishes! Would stay again!

Everything was as advertised! The house was spotless and the location was perfect. The host took time to make us aware of what we needed to know about our stay.

House fit all of our needs. Biggest issue was that the doors did not latch and with having little ones that was very annoying. Also the tenants above us were extremely noisy during the day and late into the night making it very difficult for nap times and bedtime.

Weather wasn’t great, but the accommodations were fantastic! Would highly recommend:)

This home is well equipped and very comfortable. They had the porch furniture there for us to enjoy. The owners are very attentive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely return.

This unit was very clean and well suited for our 2 night stay in the area for attend a wedding. early in the rental season but plenty of restaurants' and service type stores open.
