It was a terrible, disgusting experience! It was three women staying there, we range in age from 45 to 70's.The 45-year-old has a masters degree in microbiology just so you know what I'm going to say is not an opinion! In a nutshell, there was mold everywhere in one bathroom, mold in the washer/dryer and mold in the grout of other bathroom!!! Disgusting! We all realized it would not be safe to stay there! I texted several connections I had with Vrbo, we changed our entire stay in paris and left the second morning!! It was one of the girls first trip to paris and was heartbreaking for her. (For all THREE of us! It happened to be black Friday weekend and we could not find a suitable place to stay for five more days so we took the train out of town!! I returned back home to the states several days ago and have been waiting for my body and mind to adjust to the time change so I could address this with you Vrbo. I have been a long time customer of Vrbo, and have always been very, very satisfied. I hope we can resolve this satisfactorily. Please check my ratings..i was at a different vrbo just prior to this nightmare. I will await contact from you. Best regards Joann, Karen and Paula

Everything has been great except for the response from Customer Service concerning the overage

Great location right beside Notre Dame. We were able to get to anywhere in Paris easily. The apartment is smaller than expected. It accommodates four adults however five would certainly be a stretch.

The property location is absolutely terrific! The furnishings are old, but adequate. Washer/dryer were most helpful although needed to contact host for instructions. AC was also good. Beds were comfortable. Thanks to David for his assistance!

We had a wonderful time letting my wife exercise the French she studied in school many years ago. The central location was perfect, allowing us easy walks to gardens, museums and even a zoo. Shopping was convenient with local bakeries, grocers, and specialty food shops within 20 to 400 meters from our front door. We learned to use the various public transportation methods with ease and were pleased with stations and stops located nearby. We all enjoyed the accommodations dispite the well worn living room furniture. All beds were comfortable and bathrooms were unique and very functional. We appreciated the availability of the washer/dryer. Last, we had a blast and would stay here again.

Everything about the property is just as represented. There are no views from windows, but we knew that before booking. We chose the property for the location and it did not disappoint

We loved the apartment and the location especially. It was our granddaughter's first trip to Europe, and we were happy to give her a special experience. One big plus is that the apartment has two bathrooms. Also, being on the ground floor is great! Only complaint (and we got used to it pretty well) was that people going in and out of a door right by our bedroom let the door slam every time, day or night. The apartment is a bit dark, good for sleeping but not so good for waking up:-) Overall, we were really happy with our stay!

This apartment is very dark because it only has a few windows looking onto a dark courtyard and since it's at ground level the window coverings must be left in place. The apartment is poorly equipped: the furniture is shabby, there was no soap, a few old worn-out towels, a very few old and battered aluminum pots. The water pressure is so low that the shower is barely above a trickle. Worst of all there was a smell of mildew throughout the apartment which we found was coming from under the kitchen sink where the mildew smell was overpowering. Finally, because of all of the above we only stayed one night and now the apartment owner refuses to refund our money, saying the apartment is just fine. You will regret it if you book this apartment!
