The fourth and final level of the home contains the second bedroom with a private bath. The entire condo is bright and light throughout!

Several additional bonus amenities are included in your stay: The Notchbrook complex itself boasts an outdoor pool, men's and women's saunas, tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a playground area. Just down the road is the Mill Trail, a favorite of locals and an easy riverside walk with great views of Bingham Falls. Down river from there is Foster's swimming hole—guaranteed to be cold and refreshing too! Access to the mountain only a few miles up the road is easy and there are several popular eateries, bars, and shops along the road into town.

Pets are not permitted at this property. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees.
