The place was amazing. When I booked to VRBO the property manager called and was extremely helpful as well as the staff. They answered any questions that I had. The condo was beautiful well stocked. They thought of everything. If you need a nice enjoyable place with the best staff. This is your place to book.

This condo is perfect! It’s close to everything. It was a very nice and comfortable place for us to stay. The owners were wonderful to work with and were extremely accommodating. The pool is wonderful and the property is set up for dogs and their owners. The condo was very well stocked and had everything that we could possibly need. It even supplies golf clubs!!

This place was amazing. Everything needed for cooking inside coffee spices, etc. best place I’ve ever stayed. The location was unbelievable so many places to eat out shop, dining and things to do like aquariums and butterfly sanctuary, outlets were close by. There were several areas to grill. The pool was amazing. I can’t say enough about this place so impressed.

was going to a conference at the wigwam. This place was very comfortable and very clean and only about 13 minutes away from the resort.. it had a nice pool and hot tub. I think the lock should be upgraded and it should be a regular keypad where you don’t have to carry the key around. also, we couldn’t find the closets which were behind the mirror doors.would stay there again if I was in the area

This is very nice gated property. The unit is well equipped and it was nice that it was first floor.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was great as was the pool area and gym. It was close to a number of attractions we were interested in. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Property exceeded expectations. Everything was as advertised but the people who both call the place home and those that are winter visitors were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Bob for going above and beyond to help us out we had had minor car trouble blew.

We enjoyed our month long stay at this clean and well equipped condo. The grounds are beautiful with a clean pool and spa in the center of the gated property. We felt safe and secure. The residents were friendly and accepting of new people and were fun to visit with. The location is close to shopping and the interstate. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and answered any question promptly. We would highly recommend this condo!

This place is as described and worked for us. Close to pool, grocery store, Westgate, freeways and not too far from family and friends. Had everything we needed and then some.

We felt very comfortable We slept very good so the Bed and the Bathroom was very good. Surely we hope to com back and stay again there

We had a wonderful week in the perfect gated community! Traveling with my teen, we really need our personal space. This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us! It’s situated perfectly between Sun City & Goodyear within 5 minutes to the Cardinal “Dome” Stadium, and lots of shopping. One of my favorite things about this condo, besides the little patio, is the covered parking! We could see our rental at all times. Not that there were any issues… it was just reassuring to see my car was just fine. Highly recommend this condo!

Open communication with the owners. Very clean and stocked with necessities. It's on the bottom floor and the BBQ grill is right outside the unit which made it so convenient. The only thing that was not good is that there are people that live above this unit that are very heavy walkers so you hear them all the time.
