Stayed Feb 15, 2025This VRBO is good value for the money. We appreciated the quiet neighbors and distance from any road noise. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. The unit itself is ideally located out of the sun so we didn't even have to turn on the air conditioning. As advertised , the kitchen is well appointed with good quality cookware. The unit could do with some cosmetic renovation to spruce it up a bit. The host Jennifer is engaged and proactively communicative. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

Stayed Feb 1, 2023Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. 2 minute walk to the pool and nice outdoor balcony space to eat and relax. Accommodating host easy to communicate with as well. We had a great stay!

Stayed Feb 8, 2022Jennifer’s Allison condo was ideal for our stay: complex was quiet and still convenient to walk or drive to grocery, restaurants, and the nearby, beautiful McDowell Preserve has endless hiking options. The condo itself was just as described - clean, comfortable, quiet and well-stocked. We especially loved the proximity to the pool/hot tub (just a short fall down the stairs) and Mountain View from the condo balcony. Highly recommend and owner is very responsive.

Stayed Dec 19, 2020This property met all of our needs. It was clean, fully stocked, close to grocery and other services, and in a very safe neighborhood for those early morning walks. Only my husband and I stayed here, but it would easily accommodate two couples with plenty of room and privacy. Owners were excellent to work with!
