Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point on the quiet north end of Tybee Island. Lighthouse Point 5C is a top-floor condo that is located just steps from the beach and pool and will offer guests great vacation experience. This property is an excellent option for families. Enjoy pool views and a glimpse of the Tybee Island Lighthouse from the comfort of your private balcony.

Relax and enjoy the living area, with a Queen size sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV. The living area opens to the balcony, where there is seating for 2 and access from the primary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washer and dryer for guest use. The dining area has seating for 6. The Primary bedroom has a King bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a TV with a DVD player. Extra amenities include WIFI, community pool. There are two reserved, covered parking spaces available. Guest must climb stairs to the third floor, as this building has no elevator.

Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel.
Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).

    Location was good, but its listed as just steps to the beach , when in actuality, its about a 8-10 minute walk. The beach was private, which was really nice. Parts of the parking lot, next to the pool, flood when it rains really hard. Our condo was nice enough, but was dated. Our sliding screen door out to the balcony was off the track, leaned up against the wall outside. There were small holes in the walls in both the living room and ceiling of the main bedroom. Which was all not that big of a deal, but the beds WERE A NIGHTMARE! They were like sleeping on torture devices. Springs poking us all night long! Our teenager AND our young children, who can sleep on the floor comfortably, complained about their beds as well. They even got out of bed and slept on the couch.

    Being able to see the morning sunrises from the balcony, steps from the beach, safe gated community with well kept facilities & maintenance make this condo a great place.Their after-hours customer service was also very responsive in helping us get in when we had an issue with our door entry code.Would be even nicer if the place has a gym. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

    This was a nice place, very clean and a great location on Tybee. It is not a 5-star unit but you would have a tough time finding that on Tybee. If you are looking for a home base with nice pools and proximity to the beach on the north side of Tybee, this is a great place to stay. The pools were great and the grounds well kept. All of the appliances worked well and the balcony is spacious. The unit is somewhat outdated and could use a new coat of paint and the loveseat/pull-out bed is worn a little, but other than that we had no complaints. One item to note which has been mentioned in other reviews is this is a 3rd-floor unit with no elevator, so 48 steps up and down each time. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The communication with the property manager throughout the process was great. The unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

    The property definitely could have been cleaned better. Our feet were covered in sand as soon as we walked in. 5C is on the 3rd floor so be ready to struggle loading luggage up and down the stairs. Great view of the pool and short walk to the beach. The north end wasn’t crowded at all and the waves were shallow and great for the kids. We enjoyed the beach and the pools, but the condo could use a facelift! Broken lamp leaning against the wall when we arrived and the couches were old and uncomfortable but we made it work and enjoyed our stay at the beach despite it not being the best condo ever.

    It was our first trip to Tybee and we loved it. The beach is .3 miles away from the condo it was a long haul with little kids. One of the pools was also not open during our entire stay. The condo it’s self was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay overall.
