Welcome to the North Conway Townhouse Retreat! This bright, spacious getaway sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, large sun-filled windows, and a cozy living room with a striking stone fireplace. The lower level features Foosball and Air Hockey for added fun. Guests also have access to a heated outdoor community pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day—perfect for relaxing after exploring the White Mountains!

**LIVING SPACE**
The living room beckons with comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a wood-burning stone fireplace. A spacious Smart TV ensures easy access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for entertainment.

**KITCHEN & DINING**
The kitchen provides ample space and is equipped with essential tools and utensils for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. The dining area accommodates six guests, with an additional four barstools available at the kitchen counter.

**BEDROOMS**
This residence sleeps ten guests across four bedrooms.

- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bunk bed
- Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed

Each room features a Smart TV for streaming.

**OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES**
The balcony area offers a small table and chairs, a grill with provided propane, and additional seating. Guests also have access to a pool and tennis court for recreation.

**ADDITIONAL PERKS & DETAILS**
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, family games, and a selection of books and nature guides. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, and towels, sheets, and essential amenities are provided.

The property utilizes a self-check-in system with an automatic lock.

Conveniently located across from Cranmore Mountain, this townhome offers year-round activities. Explore local trails, shop at outlets, dine locally, and access various ski mountains within 2 to 30 minutes. Nearby attractions include Cranmore Mountain Resort, Conway Village shops and restaurants, Settlers Green Outlets, Echo Lake State Park, Story Land, Attitash Ski Resort, and the Kancamagus Highway.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:

Occupancy & Booking
*Minimum rental age: 25 years old (photo ID required).
*Maximum occupancy: 10 guests total.
*Only registered guests are allowed on the property – no outside visitors, parties, or events.
*All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.

Parking
*Maximum 2 cars per unit (only one in front of the unit).
*No parking in front of other units, on roadways, or fire lanes.

Quiet Hours & Conduct
*Quiet hours are every night from 10 PM to 7 AM. Deck noise is not allowed after 10 PM to 7 AM.
*Please keep conversations at a respectful level.
*No illegal activities (including drugs or internet use).

Smoking & Fire Safety
*No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans.
*No fireworks, open flames, or fire pits allowed.

Outdoor & Common Areas
*Pool rules must be followed (posted at pool entry).
*No outside food/trash storage or items hanging over railings.
*Gas grills only (provided by owner) on back decks.

Pets
*No pets allowed for renters – no exceptions.

Other Policies
*If you break or damage something, please let us know to arrange for its replacement or repair.
*Please dispose of trash properly. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way
*The property is monitored by an outdoor camera facing the driveway for security.

Violation Policy
*Rule violations may result in $50 per day per violation. $400 charge if smoking occurs.
*Police/fire calls may result in surcharges billed to the owner.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

    We loved it! Perfect for our family. The home was very cozy and clean. Well stocked with all of your basic needs. The beds were comfy too! The location is amazing. We walked to town every morning to get coffee at the Met and do some shopping. We’ve been vacationing in North Conway for over 30 years and would definitely recommend staying here. Jeremy our host was very accommodating and super responsive. You won’t regret it!

    This is a perfect family vacation home. It sits on a quiet street surrounded by woods. The two living levels are perfect for kids and adults. Our grandchildren loved all the games and books on the lower level. They also enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in. Three bathrooms were a plus! Jeremy is an excellent host, and the family agreed they’d like to stay there again.

    Nicely done townhouse in very convenient location. House had everything we needed and was quite up to date. Owners very responsive. Only thing we didn’t realize is location of lock box at first and there are stairs going to down to entrance. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks for a fun weekend!

    Stayed for a ski weekend with two families. House was plenty big enough for adults and teens to have space to hang out and relax. House was very clean, well stocked, close to Cranmore and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

    We had 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) stay for a quick skiing trip. We skied at Cranmore, this condo is literally less than 5 minutes away so super convenient and also very close to North Conway restaurants/ shops/attractions etc. The house was well equipped and fit the two families comfortably with room for parents and kids to have their own areas. The hosts had excellent communication and ensured we had a nice stay.
