Stayed Oct 7, 2023We enjoyed our stay very much. This unit is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach is a big plus. Parking is good as well. The space for this unit is close to the parking garage exit closest to the unit. There was plenty of room for our Ford Expedition. We just had to put the side mirrors in and pay close attention to a concrete pillar. You can see and hear the ocean when lying in the primary bedroom bed. That is a major perk for me. The one issue we had is the traffic, both foot traffic and automobile traffic that passes the corner this unit is on. On Saturday night there was local car show of low-riders on the street and they were cruising the streets, playing loud muic, and parking right in front of the unit running their engines for hours. This was filling up the condo with exhaust fumes on one of the hottest days in October. We had to shut the windows for a few hours and leave. So, it was a bad confluence of uncontrollable circumstances that made it unpleasant for us. Around 9pm all the cars went away and we opened up the doors and windows to the ocean breeze. My family of 5 was very comfortable here and loved the beach. Check in/out was easy. We will definitely stay here again.
