North Coast Penthouse whitewater view Condo D307

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Great view of beach. Easy access to everything in complex. Loved having the beach toys and being so close to use them. The welcome snacks on the table were much appreciated by my kids after a long drive. Thanks for sharing.

Everything was great. It was the perfect space for my family to enjoy the beach and the pool. It was close to the train and there were lots of great places within walking distance.

The room was wellMaintained and well stocked. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions.

The condo was just perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our little one - travel crib as well as beach toys. And plenty of beach supplies- chairs, umbrella, boogie boards for the adults. Condo was clean, well supplied and comfortable with the added special touch of the welcome goodie basket! Owner was very pleasant and quick to respond. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Diane!

We didn't spend much time in the condo or use the facilities as we were in town for the 1/2 ironman. However, the condo location was excellent and was very well stocked with kitchen spices, utensils, cloths etc.

Firstly, I must commend the property manager. She was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that everything was perfect during our stay. Her quick responses were greatly appreciated and made a significant difference in our experience. The updates around the condo were noticeable, and we found the beds and bedding to be very comfortable.While I did notice that the shower tub combo could use an update, the plentiful hot water and strong water pressure were certainly more important to us than aesthetics. We were able to enjoy our time without any issues in that regard. While it’s true that there is no air-conditioning in the buildings, the arrangement of fans and the availability of a heat dish for cooler evenings are really thoughtful additions. Moreover, I appreciate the ample supply of recreational items such as boogie boards, a skim board, beach volleyball equipment, as well as putt-putt and ping pong equipment; this really helps in saving rental fees. I did want to express my dissatisfaction regarding the experience my husband had with the property’s HOA general manager. He found the manager to be unwilling to listen, and we were charged for a room rental that we were told would be free based on the contract provided by security when he moved us to that location. Despite this issue, we did not let it overshadow our time in Oceanside. Thank you for the hospitality we experienced during our visit; our stay was quite pleasant at D307.[Reservation Det

All that we hoped for.Wonderful unit & complex.The beach views & location near everything is terrific!

The complex is superior and the views of the ocean are spectacular, some construction was going on but did not affect us and it shows how they upkeep the complex. The unit is very well stocked and the owner is very accessible, minor things like fresh paint and carpet cleaning are needed but well expected at the end of a rental peak season. We will definitely be looking to stay again the next time we are in town. Thanks for sharing your condo!

We wish we could e stayed longer and will most definitely stay here again! There were so many little details that we appreciated. It was clean, and the grounds/amenities were awesome!

We had the best time for fall break and loved everything about this unit, very well maintained and super clean:) had everything we needed while we were there. Didn’t even need to bring a lot of our beach stuff because they had most everything there. Would recommend to anyone thinking about renting this place:) owners are very nice and quick to respond to anything you need

We enjoyed our visit and the condo was in a great location to the beach and Harbor restaurants. Host supplied beach accessories which was a bonus. Location secure and the grounds are beautiful. The Condo needs updating as it’s quite outdated and needs some TLC. Would also recommend some air freshener as the place is musty smell due to being close to the ocean. Beds were comfortable and amenities of the complex were great.

Easy to check in the property was awesome. If we had questions it was easy to talk to the owner! Had a great time and beach was right there also a lot of places to eat!
