Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a native Floridian, and have been coming to NSB my whole life. In my opinion, it is the best beach in Florida. I pretty much stay at the condo because the view of the beach from the balcony is perfect and the sounds of the ocean are mesmerizing. Even though many attractions are not far away from there, I spend my time riding my bike around and playing pickleball at a nearby indoor court that is free, open five days a week and the players are welcoming. Walking the beach and playing Frisbee and kadima are part of my agenda, especially because there is no driving on this part of the beach. I also have a nice sea shell collection from morning walks. The owner and staff are second to none in accommodating my every need.

The pool which is advertised as heated was so cold that even the kids would not go in. We look forward to a vacation with sun and a warm pool. This was very unfortunate and unnecessary.

Yes we used the north elevator for groceries, but not acceptable.

Even though we are from Central Florida, we’ve been coming here for years because it is quiet and not too commercial. The views are great and it is very well maintained. The location is wonderful, being right on the beach. My only major complaint is that we stayed in a unit ending in 12, and the hallway light shines in through the window, making it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, it’s sometimes difficult to find guest parking so if you have more than 1 vehicle, be aware that may be an issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Sea Coast Condominiums since 1993. We have stayed in many different units and never had a problem with any of them. Management has always been kind, patient, and welcoming. Our condo was clean, updated, and well equipped for a week’s stay. There was plenty of room in the pantry for anything we grabbed from the store. Mattresses and sheets were extremely comfortable, and lots of comfy blankets for evenings on the sofa. The location is perfect with the plaza across the street. Beaches and pool area were clean and well cared for. We have always come in May and we’re slightly worried about a crowd or noise coming in June but all guests were respectful and kind as always. Even though we are all strangers, it feels a bit like family that share a home. No concern about leaving chairs, bags, or boogie boards at the beach while we headed up for a quick lunch. It was, as it always has been, an amazing week with our four favorite palm trees and I am confident we will be back again next year.
