The room was nicely set up and clean. I loved the fishing pier. Fished all day. I also walked into Southport for dinner and lunch.

This property was excellent. It was as stated in making the reservations and much more. The property is like new with pool, Beach on Cape Fear River, Beach front sitting deck. Snacks, Coffee and trimmings. Owner was super with all communications on entrance and leaving. I will surely stay there again.

This place was sooo good, I gotta stay every time, it was so nice and quiet and so close to the water. And fort fisher was only a ferry away

We had a fantastic stay in Southport, North Carolina. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is ideal—close to Southport and within easy walking distance to everything you’d want to see or do. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Place was great, very clean. Nice full size fridge. We enjoyed the beach and the pool had tons of furniture. It was a quick walk into town for dinner and a little shopping.

Such a lovely little place! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated! Easy access to downtown Southport and the pool and pier at the back of the property was such a hidden gem! My daughter enjoys watching the ships come in and out of the Cape Fear River. Thank you so much for a comfy, clean stay!!

The place was very clean, had all of the extras! The host was very helpful & responsive. Great location, Easy to find, easy parking. Was off season, but the pool area looked nice, deck area had lots of chairs, the beach area was nice also.

Loved this condo and the location! We brought our bikes and went into town to eat and shopping. We also took the ferry to Bald Head Island which was only a 5 minute drive and it was amazing. Looking forward to coming back!

Very clean and updated condo in a lovely neighborhood. Extremely comfortable bedding and very large bathroom and walk-in shower. The host was very kind and responsive with any questions/inquiries.

Great place with all the comforts of home. The owners have tastefully furnished the unit and have supplied everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location is quiet, peaceful, & private, yet close enough to town for all that Southport has to offer. The pool, deck area, private beach & pier are great amenities of the property. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal—just steps from the water and a short trip into town. Our host was fantastic: welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We enjoyed the location as it was convenient to everything. It was a quick drive to the beach and Southport offered tons of places to eat.

Southport condo on the Cape Fear River. This property had everything you needed for short stay including a great location. I was a resident of southport for eight years and this location puts you in the heart of everything you need; good restaurants and shops; a golf cart away from all the hotspots...waterfront park and Fort Johnston. Tony was very communicative and accommodating.

We had complete access to our hosts. They are definitely 100%. The unit was fantastic with little extras-coffee, snacks etc. It was clean, had plenty of room and loved the deck during sunrise. It's a short walk to everything downtown. .A!!

We loved this little place for the few days we were there in the off-season. It sure beat a traditional hotel stay, as we loved having a full-size fridge, a few kitchen amenities, and a cute little porch! We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool/beach, but walked down to that area and enjoyed the view. The hosts were great to work with and I even asked them for restaurant recommendations! We loved our stay!

The condo was very clean with the perfect amount of supplies and extra treats. The owners communicated throughout with us and even changed a date when requested. Super location, and very walkable into town.

Great little condo with peek-a-boo views of the Cape Fear River from the balcony. Extremely clean and furnished with most everything we could need (do wish there were plastic laundry bags provided). Will absolutely stay here again. Off season now, so pool was closed, but the beach and deck (with view of Cape Fear) is excellent for sunrise and even sunsets

The condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the little touches, like coffee pods, single-serving snacks, and a make-up towel in the bathroom. It was close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Plus the beds were great!! Highly recommend.

This place was just what we needed. Great location and amenities! The hosts have thought of every need, from Keurig pods and sweeteners to extra towels. They were responsive, communicative, and thoughtful. It was a great experience!

Second time we have stayed in this condo, and we will be back. Everything has been considered for the guest here. There was even a fresh can of Off for any pesky bugs (there weren't any). We are so impressed by the attention to detail in this condo. We are fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for a few days' respite.

The room was very clean with amazing beds! The host thought of little details that make a difference, like a spare cooler in the closet that we could use during our stay and beach towels, toiletries in the bathroom, ample towels, snacks and coffee pods and even a Brita water pitcher in the fridge so we would always have cold filtered water without having to buy any. The AC worked great and did I say the beds were amazing?!?!? The property has a community pool and private beach front on the Cape Fear River and downtown Southport was a 2 minute drive. Very convenient to the Bald head island and Fort Fisher ferry terminals too. Would definitely stay again.

It just does not get any better than this. Absolutely first class. Our hosts have thought of everything. I will be back to this condo.
