Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful and perfectly furnished down - the owners have thought of everything! We loved the easy/walkable proximity to the shared community pool & hot tub. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to all of the Northshore highlights. The management company was also great to work with.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Our family of four spent three weeks here in September and had a wonderful time. The unit is right next to the pool, which made it incredibly convenient, yet surprisingly quiet most nights. The pool typically cleared out by 10 p.m., so noise was never an issue.The condo was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept things cool and pleasant. We loved the balconies and outdoor seating — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings.The location couldn’t be better — just a quick 10-minute drive to Hanalei Bay, and the Nihilani complex itself is beautifully maintained. We had perfect weather during our stay and really enjoyed every day. This is one of our favorite places to stay on Kauai, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks to the host for a great experience.

Great to have a garage, powerful and quiet air-conditioning, and plenty of room to spread out. Conveniently located near the entrance to the community and the pool, but not too close. Prompt communication from The property management.

It has everything you could possibly need to cook meals, do laundry etc. The place was impeccably clean when we arrived. Check in and check out we’re a breeze! The beach chairs, snorkel gear and surf boards were a wonderful bonus. The complex is very quiet and all the residents we met were super friendly.

Stayed May 30, 2023We stayed in this Nihilani condo (32C) for 9 nights June 2023. It was well equipped and very clean. The location is great and close to several north shore beaches including Ke’e, Tunnels, Hideaway, Sealodge and Anini. The property manager Hawaii Life was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
