The Villas is located on the beach side (east) of A1A directly on the ocean but this unit does not have an ocean view. Beach access is on the property with a short boardwalk stroll to the water! Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and beach toys are all available for your use. All you really need is your swimsuit and sunscreen!
