I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 22 wedding anniversary trip and it was perfect for us. This is actually our second time in 3103 and it was beautiful, had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels - well equpped kitchen, etc., was in a great location, right by the pool, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to Keawakapu beach and beyond. The managers were super responsive, kind and attended to everything needed. Highly recommend staying here! :-)

Reviewer Comments: The condo offered a wonderful home for our multigenerational group of three. The kitchen was well equipped and was super easy to use. The beach gear was a bonus and made our beach mornings complete. The management was responsive with questions aswell as missing items.We plan to return and stay in the property in the future.

Loved being on the ground floor and sitting on the lanai for meals and drinks. Wonderful, updated condo with new appliances. PMI manager was very helpful! Yes, I would and have recommended Kamaole Sands to friends. Just enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach and restaurants in the area - a perfect place to unwind and relax!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We had four adults stay in this lovely unit and it was perfect. Had everything we needed, was decorated and perfect in every way. Located close the the pool, right across the street from the beach, down the street from health food store, just so convenient in all ways. We will definitely come back!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo- perfect size for us 2 adults and 2 kids with the comfy pull-out Queen sofa sleeper. The A/C in both living room/kitchen and Master Bedroom kept us cool and the condo was right across from the pool as well as an easy walk to the best beach! Snorkeling in our backyard was extra special- no need to find parking. Couldn't ask for a more perfect haven in paradise- will definitely want to return again.

Stayed May 21, 2023Clean condo with great amenities. Beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, etc) on site making it convenient for beach days. Loved the first floor location right next to pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 6, 2023This place was perfect, came completely equip with everything you could possible need.. and really clean. The location is amazing, walking steps to the pool with beautiful views of the grounds. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
