Excellent property and condo. Absolutely loved the modern updated condo, all the amenities and fixings offered. The host was fantastic. This was our 2nd stay. Will stay again.

This was our 3rd stay at the Condo property(1st in this particular unit) and we loved the beach access, quietness, cleanliness, access to the property as soon as you arrive on the island, amenities provided by this condo host for everyone from kids to adults. Will stay again!

This place is amazing! Beautiful view and only steps from the beach. The condo is so well stocked with basic necessities and much more. The ceiling fan on the master bedroom is a little noisy but other than that is is perfect. The beach toys, chairs and umbrellas are definitely a plus. Highly recommend this place!!!

Great condo, conveniently located by the pool. The condo has been updated and is a great space for families with kids, offering games, beach equipment and bunk beds, in addition to the two larger bedrooms.

We absolutely loved this condo for our family beach vacation. Just steps from the private access to the beach with a wonderful clean pool and hot tub too! All the beach equipment we could want including chairs, boogie boards, toys and a cooler! Pantry was well stocked and so clean! Wish we could have stayed longer. Great vacation spot! Great, fast communication. We loved that it’s gated and felt more secure. We will be back next time we are in South Padre!

It was the perfect size and location for our family of 6! It was very clean with all the things we needed for our short stay.

Stay was wonderful from the communication with Rosanna to the location. The complex is gated and secure. This unit is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and includes such essentials as spices and other basics. Includes many specials touches: extra blankets by deck door for late night star gazing, flashlights and lanterns for crabbing (so fun to see the crabs scurry), beach equipment (lounge chairs, towels, umbrella, shovels, mats, cart, etc) bathroom appliances (dryer, make up wipes, make up towels, hair dryer, straightener) We loved eating our breakfast and star gazing from the deck with water view and sound of crashing waves. Beds/couches/ chairs comfortable. Location was ideal very convenient to the pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and easy access to the beach. (Yes much appreciated that Rosanna had purchased new pickle ball amd tennis rackets!) Highly recommend!

The location was perfect-close to everything we needed. Rosanne quickly responded to a couple of questions I had. I would recommend it to others.

The host was very helpful, informative but not obstrusive. The spot was as advertised, had everything, neat, clean well appointed and comfortable.

The condo was perfect for our 32 night stay. We loved all the extra touches (sunscreen, spices to cook with). We loved being steps from the beach and so close to the heated pool and hot tub. Loved the we could catch the free Island shuttle close to the condo. A very secure gated community. Our host was great.

Everything was perfect for a family post-Christmas vacation. The condo had everything we needed, the location was fabulous (the free bus rides on the Island and to Port Isabel were an added bonus), and the beach was amazing right outside our door. Our host was very communicable.

Very comfortable and homey property and the host has provided every item you might need. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Roseanna was easy and she responded quickly. The condo is at the Southern end of the island which is quieter and perfect for families and children to walk, swim, play frisbee or search for seashells. My family loved our stay and hated to leave.

Overall, a really good and clean experience. They had a well-stocked pantry with supplies and beach accessories to use if needed.

This condo is beautiful, very well decorated and the view of the beach from the balcony is lovely. All the extra items provided made our stay even better if we needed someone it was already there and provided by Rosanna. She is an attentive host and accommodating, we were able to stay add an extra day and have a late check out since it was raining on one of our planned days. The beds are very comfortable, woke up feeling well rested. My family definitely will be planning another trip and staying here in future.

It was a wonderful vacation with family. They didnt want to leave lol we will definitely come back and stay once again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We had a great time for a family getaway with our three young kids before school starts! The condo was very clean with all the necessities. It’s a great location and the beach was beautiful. Rosanna is a great host and communicated before and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. Also, she recommended the restaurant Viva which was wonderful!

Very clean and spacious condo with private access to the beach! It was just as depicted in photos, the communication was terrific from the property owner, and we were close to everything but not too close. We would definitely recommend, and we would stay again.

Loved it, had everything we didn’t even know we needed like a wagon to carry our beach stuff, flashlights, and so many other little touches. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

This property is very clean and well-maintained, offering all the amenities you'd need for a comfortable beach house stay. We spent three nights here and had a great time exploring South Padre Island. One thing to note is that the condo is located on the second floor, and the building does not have an elevator. So, it may not be suitable for guests using a wheelchair or those with mobility issues. However, if you're physically able and don't mind climbing about 10–15 steps, this is a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. The condo comes equipped with beach essentials like toys, surfboards, and chairs. The view of the beach is partial but still enjoyable.

This condo on the beach was perfect!! Everything you can think of was provided. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee, wine at night. Will definitely book again. Our host was wonderful.

LOVE this property, we have stayed several times here and it is beautiful. The owner is always up to date with the decoration and always on top of maintenance. We 100 % recommend this property for your next vacation getaway. We will definitely be back soon.

We loved it here ! Comfortable and has all the extras you may have forgotten and even could think to remember ! Perfect location to the beach and loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony with an amazing view of the sunrise each morning . Have zero complaints because even the smallest issues were handled asap . If we are ever in this area again we would definitely love to stay again !

We had a wonderful stay. Rosanna was so helpful throughout. There were tiny touches that made the place so homey. We enjoyed tea each evening as we sat and watched the waves. The beds were comfortable. My young boys were over the moon about the bunks. I think they played with every single beach toy available. We will be back!

A trip to experience the golf coast states. Could not ask for a better host than Rossana. The condo was thoughtfully equipped to help a variety of people with dofferent agendas. By dumb luck we got to watch a Space-X launch and retrieval of the msin booster. The condo is in a great location if watching one of these launches is on your agenda.

Great property with great access to beach and pool. Unit had washer/dryer which was great and everything you need for the beach! Had a couple of questions to host and got ahold of and resolved quickly

We stay at various vacation rentals throughout the year, and this one was one of our favorites. The attention to detail was incredible - from the welcome snack, to the rapid responses from the owner. The kitchen is a dream - it has everything you need to cook and entertain. The bedrooms were cozy with lots of extra pillows and blankets. Finally the beach closet was well-stocked so families do not need to bring a thing! We really loved the location as well - it was far enough down that we were out of the crowded parts of the beach. Close to many good restaurants and grocery stores. We loved our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 212 Seavista condo. It was well stocked clean and had easy access to the beach and rocket launch viewing. Rosanna was cery helpful and available when i needed assistance. Thank you.
