My children and I came for a quick 24 hour get away. We wanted to be close to the boardwalk, and have easy access to amusements.

Good clean room

I really enjoyed staying at this property! It was clean, quiet, and is close to the beach. In the listing it mentions that 3 people can fit in this room. A very thick cushion is provided for a third person, but that is about it. We were very disappointed to see that there was not a blanket, pillow, or towel to be found for this third person. The room only provides enough towels, blankets, and pillows for 2. This room is great for 2, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again with a total of 3 guests.

Never went in the property. Communication was poor. Did not receive check in codes until late morning the day we were to arrive. Since it was the day of our arrival and I hadn't received the entry codes I made a reservation at a hotel. I was traveling with two kids and didn't want to risk getting there with out a place to stay. I have stayed at several VRBO residences and never received check in info so late. The confirmation letter he sent stated as it closer to your vacation a code will be given to you to enter the unit. If he had said you will receive the entry codes on the day of arrival that would have been helpful. Not happy.

Property was close to everything I wanted to experience on my short stay. Room was a comfortable size, everything functioned properly. Highly recommend!

the place was clean. The address given took me to different place but i think it was still part of the building. it took me to where the laundry room is located and one if the front desk employees had to lead me to the front of the actual hotel ( the mansion , i think) to actually take the elevator to my room. This is where the good part stops the host seemed to have collaborated with the other building occupants to re-enact everything wrong that was done to me in Utah when i was using another rental app. The impression that i got was that they had too much time on their hands to be stalking and harassing a person 24/7.
