Newly Updated! New to the Rental Market! Lazy River!!

The condo was beautiful, pictures don’t do the place justice. Beautifully decorated and in a great location. The check in was easy but the elevator situation was crazy. Everyone checking in all at once so there was a 30-45 min wait for an elevator. Seemed like they weren’t all working. Would be better if the check in times were staggered. I find the check in and out times to be inconvenient. Wasting 2 entire days. The lazy river was so crowded it wasn’t very relaxing. People were taking the “good floats” up to their condos only leaving the tubes which was annoying.

Absolutely beautiful condo!! Will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful week. Weather perfect. Our room was just as pictured with no issues. New restaurant was delicious. Pools were great. Loved that we could rent chairs and not have people sitting in front of us blocking our view. That was a big improvement over the past. We will be back again next year for sure. It was our 7th year to stay in these condos. Our grandchildren loved all the pools. See you next year.

Unfortunately, the floors were so dirty that the children’s feet turned black after a few minutes if walking barefoot. A bandaid and false eyelashes on floor in bathroom. Front bedroom tv didn’t work. Elevators were horrible w/ 1 1/2 hour waiting time at check in time.

We waited over 45 minutes just to get an elevator that was not completely full. Once we were able to get our things to the room and get settled, everything was mostly perfect. The condo was very clean and spacious. Great furniture, sturdy patio furniture, and all things we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We could have used a thicker blanket, but just personal preference. The only reason it was not absolutely perfect, is that the toilet in the bedroom with two beds would never flush, but we had our kids use the hallway bathroom. The elevators were much better for the remainder of the stay, but just know that Saturday & Sunday can be very difficult! We would definitely stay here again... just not check-in on a Saturday! :)

Excellent balcony view and furniture, large washer and dryer, and separate crushed ice maker. There was plenty of space for our crew to spread out. We had the best time and will be booking here again!! Highly recommend!
