Make some popcorn and watch a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV. A plush sofa and three chairs provide ample seating in the naturally-lit room. Large picture windows provide stunning views of the bay.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare tasty home-cooked meals and beach snacks in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a wine fridge, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When you’re not exploring nearby restaurants and sampling local cuisine, dine in at the wooden table with seating for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to six guests in the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The tranquil master suite is furnished with a king bed and a 38” flat-screen TV. An en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower.

A second bedroom holds a comfy queen bed, while the en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Dine alfresco with sweeping views of the bay on the covered patio with seating for four. Four additional plush seats provide the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Enjoy fishing at any time from the private boat slips in the backyard, or cook out on the propane grill.

Guests will also enjoy complimentary access to a shared pool in the complex.

Stroll 14 minutes to rent bikes at Beach Bikes on Padre, or drive just 9 minutes north to the South Padre Island Farmers’ Market.

Enjoy a fun outing for the whole family at Schlitterbahn Water Park, just 8 minutes away by car. Or explore the island on horseback at the South Padre Island Adventure Park, only 9.5 miles north.

Things to Know:
This property is in a strict HOA presence. They require guests to be 25 years of age and must inhabit a rented unit. You are NOT allowed to have guests during Spring Break or Easter Holiday (Semana Santa). From Memorial Day to Labor Day all guests are required to purchase and wear a La Solana wristband for $5.00

    First of all, this is a unique and wonderful property with access to the bay 20 ft off your patio. That was the big draw as we love to fish. The sunsets were also great. The house is well appointed and there's a nice patio with a grill. Close to easy Bay fishing spot access, with a launch (paid for separately) two properties down. A few things to bring: 1. Extra paper towels 2. Metal grillware 3. Pot holders A few things to note: 1. Despite the pictures, there is no boat slip access with this rental 2. There were 2 parking passes but only 2 or so spots that you could park the extra car in, so not really available when its busy. 3. The wifi was dropping out. Hopefully the host can correct that with their provider. But Overall I would recommend this property. The Vacasa team responded quickly to any questions or issues on text.

    We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and cozy, it had everything we needed, and the view was spectacular, including the firework show. It was a walk away from restaurants and shops! We’ll definitely recommend this stay to our family and friends.

    This is a great condo! The location on the bay is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. This condo is fully stocked with anything you might need.

    This place was beautiful, comfortable, well maintained, clean , 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. We had a little trouble getting into the pier gate . We were given 2 different codes one via text one via email . But we were able to figure it out and get . Lots of great fishing from dock in front of the condo and you can't beat the view .
