    Having to share the beach area with other persons not staying at One Seagrove Place, Not have larger baggage carts causing you to make more trips to gets bags to the room and more trips to gets bags back to vehicle when checking out and cleaning people blocking access with their carts. Other than that, stay was ok.

    Did not like having to share with people not staying One Seagrove Place. Also need larger baggage carts to cut down on number of trips to check-in and to check out. Also cleaning people blocking the walk ways with their carts. Other than everything else was fine.

    This condo was the nicest we have stayed in @ OSP. Very up to date, exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with items...we always seem to need bowls with lids for fruit, dips, etc..it had plenty!! Our ice maker didn't work the first day there, several people came to fix it, but it never worked properly. That was our only problem with the condo. We did, however have a big problem with the chair/umbrella rental company OSP recommended we use. We do NOT, absolutely NOT recommend Redfish Rental, we were given false information upon reserving our chairs (weeks prior), they were very rude when we called, we had to talk to several people, only plus was that they did give us a partial refund. We would definitely stay in 401 again!! Thank you!

    We stay every year for the Easter Holiday. We love the location. Its an easy bike ride to Seaside, but you are out of the bustle there. Also an easy walk or bike ride to our favorite coffee spot, the beachy bean. Donuts are right next door. Beach access is on-site. Perfect size for our family of 4.

    We enjoyed our time in this condo! Very close to the beach with a great view. The lobby and property were pretty clean as was the condo. If you cook-there is plenty of utensils and cookware! The public beach entrance on the property made for a VERY crowded beach. Beachgoers literally start down to the beach to claim a spot around 6am and many leave their chairs for hours unattended which is annoying but of course is no reflection on the condo. The listing says there’s a tennis court but for anyone who enjoys tennis please know there isn’t one. The location is excellent-close to anything you may need and some really great restaurants. Overall we felt it was a good value and enjoyed our stay!
