Newly Updated 2 BR Condo!

Nice condo, great location

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always lovely. I’d actually give it a 4.5, but that wasn’t an option. Will stay again in the future. Management office I’d very nice at Great Ocean.

You come for the beach only. That’s it. Not updated in the way of comfort. The bed is rock hard, pillows are paper thin. The bedskirt has a nasty whitish slime line around it. The towels are aging, thin, stained, unorganized and scratchy. Kitchen is sparse and garage sale quality equipment. Bathroom shower in master is hideous had mold - water backs up to your ankles and substance comes up from the drain and door is falling off. Very dangerous for unsteady people. Shower head is nasty, rugs in all bathrooms were downtrodden and already dirty. Beach chairs broken and rusty. 4 paper thin beach towels available. Bring your own ….. EVERYTHING.

Ebb Tide is a wonderful facility. People are great! Our unit floors were not clean! Had to call. Master shower needs updated, had mold in shower door, door was broken and does not drain well. Quest bedroom ceiling fan has a short in it. Didn’t work all the time.The view is beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay! The Ebb Tide complex is kept up so nicely. The facilities are wonderful. The pool is great. The furniture in the condo is very comfortable. Beds sleep great. If the bathrooms and kitchen were redone, it would be perfect. This section of the beach is not too crowded. The walk to the beach from the condo is easy and the view from there is amazing! Love that we can bring our 2 dogs also.

Our beach stay was fantastic. I read some reviews about it needing updating, but we did not feel that way at all. The master bedroom could use a refresh, but it did not impact our time in any way. The view was phenomenal and access to the beach is seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

We have always loved to stay at Ebb Tide. However, this unit was very dated and not very clean.

Enjoyed our stay with Wonderful views of Atlantic Ocean sunrise & throughout the day. Comfortable condo unit although needs updates but had everything we needed. Had a few hiccups but Great Ocean Vacations handled appropriately & were helpful. Complex very well maintained exterior grounds & felt secure. Quiet surroundings & relaxing vacation. Would definately return!

This condo is ON THE BEACH! Location is everything and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and long beach walks. The unit had everything we needed and the building was well maintained. Close to all the great restaurants in NSB !

This is a lovely unit with amazing views particularly of beautiful sunrises over the ocean. It is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Great mattress on master king size bed. Great grills down by the pool which are cleaned daily We stayed for a month. The on-site staff including Tana, Manager and Bob and Mike who perform maintenance and janitorial services were delightful to deal with and made our stay even better. We have decided to make this a twice annual visit!

A rocky start as our door would not open. We called the property help line and got instructions on how to shimmy the door open. The unsettling problem persisted our stay. Parking not ideal as our small car barely fit the assigned spot. The bathroom had mold and the towels were old and course. The dishwasher required insistent coaxing. Pitiful pillows and average beds. Our stay ended with a surprise leak in our daughter's closet which soaked her suitcase and Nikes. On the plus side, you can't beat the view. The patio was lovely. The living room furniture very comfy. The room overall clean and floors sand free. The pool was well kept and cool. The beach location and access spot on. The condo was truly no smoking which we appreciate. Overall a bit overpriced - a nice place if you are not looking for luxury finishes. A little love and this could be a great.
