Welcome to your fabulous Galveston getaway, right on the famous Seawall Blvd. Imagine easing into your day sipping coffee, or celebrating the sunset with a glass of red wine. All from your own private balcony, complete with an amazing ocean view.

Other onsite amenities include gated access, two pools, gym, tennis court and hot tub. The beach is right there, and we are minutes away from the best ofGalveston has to offer - fishing piers, Schlitterbahn, the Strand and so much more.

Guest access
The guest will be able to access the entire condo. The Victorian grounds, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, gym and picnic areas.

MANAGED CONDO PROPERTY
Alright, please note that this condo is part of a managed condominium resort property, The Victorian. There is a $35 resort fee you will need to pay when you check in at the front lobby. The resort fee covers access to all the on-site amenities like the pools and hot tubs and comes with up to two parking passes. If you need more parking passes, it'll be another $35 for every two additional passes. If you stay 14 days or longer, the resort fee will be $65 per month also payable at the front desk.

GUEST RULES
You'll also need to sign and agree to guest rules that will be given to you when you check in at the front lobby. If you'd like a copy before checking in, just ask. We can send you a copy after you book. Please be aware that there are multiple privately-owned condo units at The Victorian. Some owners live in their condos full-time while others rent them out to guests. Please be courteous and respectful to owners and their guests. Our on-site security officers are available if they're needed.

SUPPLIES
We only provide starter packs. We provide two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a sponge. We do provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

SMOKING and ANIMALS
Two other very important things to note as well: we cannot allow smoking in or near the condo and we're not able to accommodate pets of any kind.

    Very clean, and uncluttered. And the condo was precooked for us upon arrival (nice touch!) The patio is larger than any condo we’ve rented. Walmart is right next door as are some fast food places for pool side lunch. Right next to a light so crossing to the seawall was very easy. The security team is very friendly and cares about everyone’s safety and fun. Absolutely would book again. Thank you for having us!

    Property is across the street from the beach. Mornings on the balcony looking at the gulf view were amazing. You can walk to Walmart for groceries and to several restaurants. The pool is very close to the condo and was well maintained. The condo owner/manager responds quickly to messages. We had a great time!

    Such a great place to stay!! This was actually our second time here because we liked it soooo much the last time we stayed we booked it again. The host is always available and informative. Beautiful place, just as pictured. Right across from Walmart and walking distance to beach ???

    Space was beautiful and clean and close to the beach. Website was inaccurate with regards to bedrooms/beds. Host did however make the situation right and did correct the posting.

    Property is very nicely decorated. It was very clean. There is a view of the beach once out on the large balcony. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach, Sonic and Walmart (we walked to all). It’s also close to everything else in town as well.
