Newly Renovated, Top Floor Quiet Cozy Riverfront Condo with Free Parking

The property is within 15 minutes walking to main strip, everything was very clean and everything we need was in the room. Probably my mistake but laundry was not in room, you have to walk to another building bring quarters or prepare to down load the app to use the machines.. the host were very quick in answering any questions and let us stay an extra hour due to a late flight!! We would definitely go back here.

This was a great place for our weekend away! The condo was a great location - less than a 20 min walk to lower Broadway and near breweries and great restaurants. The amenities were perfect and the condo was very clean - all we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and an overall great experience. We’d stay again!

This made our 4th year in a row and once again we were not disappointed. This is just the cutest place with a great location. Very clean, comfortable, and Ryan and Julie are great hosts with superb communication. As for the location, we typically walk to and from Broadway (less than a mile), but with the rain this year we took the Uber approach (never had to wait). The area around the condo is really taking shape. We once again enjoyed our days listening to music among the hustle and bustle of Broadway and our evenings relaxing at the condo. It is always an added bonus to see different boats go up and down the river. We will be back!

The property was nice and close to what we wanted to do. Parking was great. Also very quiet with the exception of the trains which is to be expected. Beautiful view of the river. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place love Germantown

It is the perfect location with easy, free parking. The unit was super clean and comfortable with lots of extra amenities! Incredible views of the river and easy access to all the fun things to do downtown! Owners were responsive to messages and so helpful in every way. We had a great time!

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend away in Nashville! Property was clean and close to tons of things to do. We walked and took ubers since parking can be very expensive in downtown Nashville. Host was amazing and thoughtful. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Such a great location - it is walking distance to Broadway and so many attractions. The unit was very clean and cozy. We loved the small balcony overlooking the river. It was so relaxing after a busy day seeing the sights. I loved how close we were to everything, yet we were just far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. Julie was a very responsive, accommodating host. We will definitely stay here if we return to Nashville.

This space was amazing. Beautiful views, thoughtful amenities, very cozy and comfortable bed and space overall. A short walk to the strip and Germantown, so excellent location, as well as right on the Cumberland River and very clean. This space helped make our stay unforgettable!

Great condo with a beautiful setting right on the river. Walkable to lower Broadway, pedestrian bridge, and extremely close to Germantown with great eats and a ballpark. Condo itself is very clean and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and night time bourbon. Was even stocked with enough coffee for our stay.Definitely will be back.

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of little touches (extra towels, Kleenex, etc.) which added to our enjoyment. BUT the best part of our experience was how responsive the hosts were to our stay. Unreal!!! In a world that lacks a “personal touch”, they knocked it out of the park!

The condo was exceptionally well maintained and clean. Everything you needed for meals was there. Great views of the river. We enjoyed watching the river traffic up and down the Cumberland River and the construction of the new Tennessee Titans football stadium. Several places to eat and drink nearby. Broadway is only a 25 minute walk. Fantastic!

What a great location away from the craziness of Broadway. We love our fun but to get back to this oasis was such a treat. Raccoons, woodchucks, egrets, bunnies and fish. Excellent hosts, Thank you for a lovely place.

The condo was perfect for our trip to Nashville, it was close to all of the attractions and the condo had all of the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the river, we would definitely stay here the next time we are in Nashville.

This is an excellent property to stay at for your visit to Nashville! It is close enough to walk to the main attractions in downtown but also tucked away in a quiet cozy part of town. Being right on the riverfront was a highlight for peaceful mornings and evenings. The bed was comfortable and spacious. We highly recommend staying here and if we come back to nashville this will be our number one choice to stay.

Brought our 10 year old granddaughter for her first Nashville trip. Condo was nice, close to all activities. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend.

The host are great! The location is perfect! The host are very responsive both before and during the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, we didn’t hear anything from outside when we were in the rental. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to broadway and far enough that you can be away from the action when you want to be. A lot of restaurants in walking distance if you don’t want to go down to broadway. We used Uber to get to any locations that were too far to walk and it was super easy. We stayed for 2 weeks and have zero complaints. Laundry facilities and pool are super accessible! Would definitely stay again. River views are beautiful and plenty of activity on the river to keep you entertained .

The condo was exactly as described—everything was neat and tidy! I really appreciated the code access for the door, and parking was super convenient. The owners communicated promptly and professionally, which was great. The area was nice and quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. And the bed? It was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! I would absolutely book this condo again for my next trip to Nashville if it's available.

If you read past posts, I probably sound like a broken record. This is our 3rd year in a row (booked again for next year) and it never disappoints. Adorable and very clean! We love watching the boats on the river! Very peaceful! Great location to walk to Lower Broadway (just under 1 mile)! The neighborhood is expanding!

My wife and I came to Nashville for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect place for it! The place was clean and quiet. The location was perfectly out of the way with a great view, nice pool and close enough to downtown to walk. It was great to hear downtown during the day and come back to a nice place away from the crowds at night. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic base for spending time in Nashville. Apartment was so comfortable. Sad to be leaving. Loved it.Only downside is the gym isn't usable, apparently it's due to be refurbed summer 2025 so hopefully this will change!

Cute condo, perfect for our needs. Fifteen to twenty minute walk to downtown helps to work off all the good food you will consume. (Use an uber if you have any mobility issues) My husband and I are in our 60s and 70s and managed fine. Free open parking eliminates the hassle you will experience with accommodations closer to downtown. Location also makes traveling to attractions outside the downtown area easy. Loved the little balcony for morning coffee. Nashville is a very fun city.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to walk to so many places due to its wonderful location. Close enough but yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Beautiful condo with amazing view of the Cumberland River. Julie is an amazing host. We will definitely be back.

This was absolutely beautiful. Close to Broadway but far enough to be quiet. Condo was super clean and perfect for us. Bed was Comfortable and Shower was nice. River view was nice when drinking my morning coffee and we actually had a Family of Groundhogs right below us. Mom and 4 Little Ones Thank Y’all for such a great week.

Nice place to stay along riverfront…

We had a great stay - the condo was spotless and very well appointed. We love live music but not necessarily the crowded bars so we hit lower Broadway during the day and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The condo had a wonderful view of the Cumberland river and we say a few barges and boats on it while there. An easy walk to both activities in Germantown area as well as downtown Nashville. Very nice condo and set exactly as the pictures show on site. Would definitely stay again.

Clean condo! Comfy bed with soft linen. A bit of a walk to downtown Nashville. Cute decor, but fireplace isn’t usable, which was a bummer.

This is one of our best stays at Riverfront. It was clean, full of amenities: water, coffee, creamer and Goo Goo clusters for a little sweet something at night. The the bed was so comfortable it made for a restful night of sleep after a night out in Nashville. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, it was clean, and has such a great, unobstructed view of the River. When we come to Nashville for more than one night, we stay at Riverfront and now have found the perfect condo and can’t wait to come back and stay.
