Newly Renovated!! Silocation- Downtown luxury, free parking

This is a great location! Plenty to do within easy walking distance of just a few blocks. Magnolia and many other shops are nearby. A wide array of cuisine is close by. The weekly farmers market is just across the river. And Indian Spring public park along the Brazos River is a great venue for jogging, walking or just relaxing. Reserved parking is provided. The condo itself is delightful, nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, two televisions. Best of all is the great views of the river district and Baylor campus from the 5th floor. You’ll enjoy your stay here!

Wonderful space, exactly as described, and beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has everything that’s needed for a few days. Host was very responsive to my text messages. Very family friendly. The bookstore down a couple doors is also wonderful.

This is an excellent location! The property is ultra clean and centrally located to many shops, restaurants and the Magnolia Silos. Communication with the Property Manager was also 10/10.A note for light sleepers: The renters/owners of the unit above are loud! From running, stomping, moving furniture around, you can hear everything. Also, there is a drainage line that runs thru the ceiling of this property. This means that you will hear water running most times during your stay. Lastly, this property is a few blocks away from an active train track. Not sure how often the train passes, but you'll definitely hear it when it does. We heard it several times during our stay. Please note that the Property Manager does provide a white noise machine ear plugs in the room.Again, amazing property, but if you're a light sleeper, the noise may be a bit too much.

Great place to stay with a great view!

Stayed here a year ago with a friend for a festival in town. My daughter loved the pics and wanted to stay here when we came for our family trip. Both hubby and daughter loved the condo as much as I had the first time, especially how close and convenient it was to all we were planning to visit. Condo has all amenities needed and is beyond comfy and conzy. Easiest five-star review ever!

Excellent location, super clean, well decorated, and very comfortable unit! The staff is very professional and prompt with response time. Shout out to Sarah for her exceptional and friendly customer service! Definitely a 5 star experience!

Loved our stay in this condo near everything! If we hadn’t decided to eat at Morado, we would never have needed to move our vehicle! Comfortable and clean with a fun few from the 5th floor. The only thing I would change is the cheap plastic toilet seat.
