Newly Renovated Hilton Head Resort Beach Condo - 2 Bedroom - Private Balcony

We enjoyed our weekend trip to Hilton Head. The condo was perfect for the price. It had everything we wanted and the host responded fast and politely to every email. I hope to go again.

This place was quiet and safe. The property had an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, outdoor pools, and tennis courts. The private beach was a short, peaceful walk away. The decor was nice, and the extra items (video games, board games, beach items) were a plus. We especially appreciated the beach wagon!

Stayed with family (children, aged 7 and 10), March 2023 - a beautiful area, and great facilities for the kids - particularly the indoor pool for when the weather is on the cold side. Well-equipped condo, including kitchen and up-to-date smart TVs, as well as games and beach equipment. Clear arrival instructions from the host. Overall, would happily stay again

Just what we were looking fo - walking distance to grocery and dining. Beach is fantastic as was Coco's!

The property was conveniently located and sufficient for our needs for the long weekend. It did not even the basic supplies such as shampoo, tissues or coffee filters. It also opened up to the pool which was very noisy, would be great if you had kids which we don't and the balcony over looked the parking lot.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo was very nice! It really felt like home away from home! Nick was very quick and responsive and answered all of my questions. He made this a very smooth and easy process. Will definitely think about staying again in the summer with my family this time! It was just me and my husband this time but there was plenty of room for the kids, a Nintendo switch, a beach wagon, chairs, down to even toys for the sand on the beach!! It was very nice!!!!

Our stay was amazing, so close to the beach and everything else! We loved every minute of it and the quick responses! We will staying here again, perfect for our week long stay!

Everything was more than expected

Great room. Plenty of up to date items in the room. Clean and on 1st floor which is nice for lugging luggage. 3 pools to choose from 1 indoor with a hot tub and kids pool. Wagon was included in the room which helped with the long boardwalk. Overall would choose again.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here! The condo was beautiful and the boardwalk went directly to a beautiful beach (with a shuttle if needed). This was our first time using VRBO and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. It was a lively complex during the day and it was peaceful at night -- a perfect combination!

We enjoyed our stay. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool outside our door very nice indoor setup. The condo was clean and big enough for our family of 6. The path to the beach was nice I would have just liked it to be a closer walk. Other than the beach being a long walk everything was great.

Very clean unit

The property itself was fantastic to stay at...indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, bar, small restaurant, bike rentals, boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean, had beach chairs, beach wagon, chairs on the patio, beds and pillows were comfortable, ample parking, close to stores and public beach as well. I would recommend this place and will stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Nicolas (owner) was very responsive and helpful.

Place had several pools to go to and beach was close by will stay here again we had a nice time and good restaurants and grocery stores are close by

The outdoor pool and poolside deli were great. It is a long walk to the beach, so the cart the owner provided was appropriated.

Indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and a game room perfect for rainy or cold days! Great boardwalk all the way to the beach with a place to rinse off beach equipment! The condo itself has all the amenities needed to have a stay!

Clean, easy, and everyone had a good time.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and cozy. It is a great location for kids. Our son really enjoyed the video games. There is an indoor pool just outside the condo. The boardwalk to the beach is just a short walk from the condo and there is a golf cart shuttle to the beach as well across the boardwalk.

I recently returned from one of the BEST vacations I've ever had, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! The location was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean. We were delighted to find that the owner provided a beach wagon filled with chairs and beach toys, making our trips to the beach a breeze.One of the highlights was the lovely deck that overlooked a small pond. Each night, we enjoyed relaxing there and even embarked on a little adventure looking for alligators! The condo's amenities were also impressive. It was situated in a building that featured an indoor pool, steam room, sauna, arcade, and gym, all just steps away.Additionally, the outdoor pools and beach were conveniently close, enhancing our overall enjoyment. We had an absolutely fabulous time, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Great location, only reason it didnt get perfect marks are due to the noise levels from the indoor pool and neighbors above. Definitely not in the owners control but took our experience down.

The condominium we stayed in was comfortable, attractive and convenient. Our only complaints are that the indoor pool was a noisy place well after 11 pm, and we could never find our car! LOL!

Stayed with my family of six, with kids aged 3-12. I give it five stars overall, the kids loved the pools, and all the amenities of the Hilton Head Resort are pretty good. The beach access is very good, and the shuttle was very helpful. I appreciated the extra beach gear that is available. The owner was very responsive. I agree with others, it's a bit hard to navigate right when you arrive, but it's fine after you find the room. There do need to be more places to hang towels and swimsuits, especially with 6 of us, and a rule that you can't hang things on the balcony. And the pull out couch is a bit odd - it doesn't lie flat at the end near the couch. Otherwise, it's a great location, stay, and value. We would likely stay again if we return to Hilton Head.

Family/fun vacation oriented

We actually booked this property on accident, we thought we had booked at Hilton Head Island & Tennis Resort as we love that property! Upon arrival we had great information sent for checkin and great communication with the host!The condo itself was plenty of space for our family. Very thankful for the wagon! It could definitely use some more TLC when cleaning the property, no fault of the host but the cleaning crew. The property resort with pools and restaurants were great, however the walk to the beach is a pretty rough 0.5 mile walk. You are unable to ride electric scooters or bikes to the beach so not super friendly walk for kids. The resort strictly enforces all rules so make sure to read the manual with all of the rules! We had a great vacation & enjoyed our stay overall!

We had a good stay. It is close to the beach and everything. Very clean. Difficult to find at first and the smell of chlorine is strong from the indoor pool. Overall, great condo close to the beach. Family friendly

Definitely worth a stay! Owner is very nice and property was amazing to stay at. My friends and I had a blast here and would definitely stay here again!

My best friend and I spent a few days on Hilton Head to celebrate my birthday. The condo was easy to access and had adequate parking. The condo was very comfortable for our short stay. Always appreciate Smart TVs so we can watch our own apps in the evening.

Great location and amenities

Good place to stay especially if you have little ones with the indoor pool. Although it can be noisy with the pool being right there, we used noise-canceling headphones to sleep. The host was very responsive and addressed our needs quickly.

This property was perfectly suited for what we were looking for. We were looking for a place large enough for two adults and two almost adult children. This place was the size, price and location we were looking for. It is clean, quiet and good location to the beach.

I booked this condo for a bachelorette trip and everyone loves it! The common space was great for eating and hanging out. The location was perfect, every activity we did was within 15 minutes of the condo. The beach access was so close and they had a shuttle service for the boardwalk. The host was great and answered any of my questions quickly through the app! I would definitely stay here again if I was going to stay a weekend in hilton head.

This place was a great experience! The hardest part of the whole stay was getting there after dark and not figuring out what door to go in. But once I figured it out everything was great! The beds were comfortable and towels And linens were soft. The hot tub was so nice and everyone there was super nice! I would definitely stay again! Bonus points for auto ice maker in the freezer!!!

It was very easy to check in.The condo was spacious and clean just like in the description. The location was excellent in which it is located in building 3 having a indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, especially nice during the winter. It was also not a very long walk through boardwalk to the beach. Host was very responsive to questions. Definitely will be back when there's a chance.

The condo has all you need. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. We liked the pool area and sauna. A little cool in the pool area.....

This property is great in colder months and for families with kids. The indoor pool, hot tub, game room, etc. are right outside the condo door. For the same reason, it may not be the right place to stay if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The beach is about a half mile walk, but the walk is comfortable and scenery is pretty.Host provides bar soap but no shampoo or conditioner. Pull-out sofa bed is broken on one end but slept okay.Overall, the price was right, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Stayed here with my wife and kids for a long weekend in December while in Hilton Head celebrating Christmas with extended family. Easy check in and parking, Nicolas communicated well and had everything set up for us. Would agree with a few other commenters that navigation of the condo building can be a little confusing at first, but after you have done it once it is easy. Other pros and cons from our visit:Pros-Great location and the boardwalk access to the beach was great (about 10 minute walk).Towels, linens, beach toys and wagon provided.Indoor pool, hot tub, walking track were great in the winter.Small, but nice well stocked kitchen and coffee bar.Easy and strong WiFi connection.Cons-Indoor pool area noise is pretty audible in the unit from just after 7am until 11pm daily. Double bed room stays pretty bright at night due to window on pool area.Couch in living room was pretty worn out. Other furniture in good shape.If the four of us showered in a close timeframe, we’d run out of hot water.Not nearly enough hooks and places to hang wet stuff for a beach/pool condo.Operation of living room tv was confusing at first too, but we figured it out.TV in double bed room blurred at top.Our cons are pretty nit-picky, may bother some more than others, and are outweighed by our pros. Would stay here again.

This place was a great value, great location, had everything we needed and the owner had great communication. The walk to the beach was beautiful. So peaceful. About a .5 mile walk but it’s across a beautiful bridge, so I loved the walk. Highly recommend

Beds are comfortable, nice kitchen, great indoor amenities if it's cold outside.

I was very impressed that the owner worked with me when we had to change our reservation plans and even refunded one of the nights that we couldn't stay! It was a very nice beach, and having the indoor pool and hot tub was great since it was October! Thanks Nicolas!

In town to play in golf tournament. Good location and just what we needed.

In town for a pickleball tournament. Condo was a quick drive to courts, groceries, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Nice place, good shower, comfortable beds, kitchen size appropriate for quick meal prep. Location basically at the entrance to HH.

Nice condo. Well equipped and awesome location. Only problem i was the bed in the master room. AD said queen size bed and the bed is not queen size. Other than that, great stay.

The location was accessible to everything. Building entry was a bit confusinf at first but it was perfect for the occasion.

The girls in my family took a quick trip to Hilton Head. We have visited Hilton Head before but not at this resort. The room was great for what we needed. The boardwalk to the beach was not a terrible walk. There was plenty of parking and we enjoyed the pools and tennis courts. The wagon was especially helpful in hauling our beach stuff. We brought chairs/umbrella, but there are chairs at the condo and plenty of beach toys. Even though the unit opens to the indoor pool, it was not noisy at night. Close to shopping and dining!

We had an excellent stay. Host was communicative and checking in was very easy. Thoughtful amenities in the condo including extra beach chairs and sand toys, although we brought our own. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Highly recommend!! Thank you!
