Ideal location..easy access to the pool & beach! The beach is beautiful, white sand and kept clean. Outdoor pool was lovely. Indoor pool and hot tub area could be bigger and updated. Condo itself was spacious, great kitchen and overall a comfortable stay. Master bathroom could use some updates, especially the fan (no cover and lots of mildew) and quite a few lights were burnt out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay in Orange Beach. It’s a lovely beach town for sure!!

This was perfect for walking out to the pool and beach! So convenient and nice amenities! Communication was great!

We couldn't have had a better location at this beach-facing, ground level condo! Both access to the pool and beach were literality steps away. The view from our patio of the sunrise and sunset were spectacular. Another plus was that our host was prompt in replying to my questions prior to and during our stay. I would definitely consider staying at this condo again.

Nice location, easy access. I feel like housekeeping needs to be more aware of dust in vents and walls in kitchen area. Also floors need to be mopped better, family had to keep shoes on at all times if not feet would be dirty even after showering. All in all I really enjoyed staying there except for the things I mentioned would recommend to others.

Great location

This was our first stay at Pelican Pointe, and we loved it! The standout feature of this property is the location. The walk-out patio on the ground floor was so convenient, and its location right next to the pool and across from the beach boardwalk access made it so easy to cart kids around. The condo was comfortable (although heads-up—the beds were a bit squeaky to get in and out of, though they were very comfortable! if you have littles, I’d recommend a sound machine.). We had no issues with any appliances, which also made the trip super smooth. The kiddos loved the indoor pool, too—an added bonus that we appreciated when they needed breaks from the sun but still wanted to swim!Overall we had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

This was our 2nd stay. We love the location on the first floor. It is so convenient with kids to go to the beach and pool. We had another great trip to Orange Beach.

Really enjoyed being right by the pool. The weather was perfect and the people were enjoyable.

We loved our stay at Pelican Pointe. The condo location on the bottom level was so convenient to the pool and beach! Parking was so handy, too! We loved having breakfast on the large patio where we could see the gulf. We took the kiddos to Alligator Alley and were pleasantly surprised. Our host was very thoughtful and responded to our questions quickly. Our first trip to Orange Beach was very enjoyable!

We enjoyed the condo. It would have been nice if it had an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Overall would rent it again.

The condo was exactly what we needed and loved being able to walk out the front door to the beach! Perfect location. Contacted owner for minor question and he responded instantly! Plenty of parking. Nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again!

The only oceanfront 1st floor condo rental that I’ve ever stayed to where the view of the ocean wasn’t blocked by a sand dune. A great location for the young and not so young! A+

This condo was fabulous! The first floor walk out to deck, pool and beach was the best. We used the indoor pool, baby pool, main pool and hot tub. All ages enjoyed the amenities. Rooms were nice and TVs in all rooms made it great for littles to watch a show on a rainy day. Check in was easy and the security at the condo was helpful and kind. The location was near shopping and dining. Our older kids could walk to shop and get ice cream. By far our favorite place in Orange Beach!!!!
