A SMART TV, DVD collection, and games & puzzles, also are provided. The living room also serves as an additional sleeping area, with a queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

This guest bedroom easily sleeps 4 as it features 2 comfortable full beds with custom bedding (including comforters and quilts). Also features a flat screen TV with DVD player, walk-in closet and private bath with one sink and a walk-in shower.

GUEST BEDROOM #2 (Pink Flamingo)
This guest bedroom features a king size bed with custom bedding (including a comforter and quilt) and a sleeper ottoman that pulls out into a twin size bed. Also features a flat screen TV, DVD Player, and adjacent large bath with his/her sinks and walk-in shower. (*This bath is also accessible from the kitchen/living areas.)
