NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO- ON BEACH

Overall, this was a clean and comfortable place. The host was responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. The best was walking in and seeing that I didn’t need to buy coffee or filters. They also had some individually wrapped disposable items just in case you forgot something like a toothbrush, hairbrush, etc. Those thoughtful touches made this the best VRBO we have stayed in.

We had an amazing stay in this Condo. It very updated just as described, very clean and had comfy beds! We loved staying in this unit! We plan on booking another trip very soon! Thank you for hosting us!!

Clean room! Kitchen was really nice! Great large patio with beach view! Kids had a blast in the multiple pools and beach access. Great place to stay.

We had a nice stay. The only improvement that would be nice would be better living room furniture. Chairs were uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the condo! Very clean, pool area was very nice and loved being right on the beach!

The condo is well kept and furnished. Host replies quickly to questions. We have stayed here several times and will stay again.

It was tight space for our 6 people.

First the condo was nice and clean. HOWEVER if you do have any issues don’t expect to get help from the owner!!! Although the leak in the guest room around the ceiling fan/light fixture was nothing he could prevent he could have at least acted as if he cared. The condo above ours washing machine overflowed causing the issue and soaking the bed. I called him that night. He answered after the second call only to say well I’ll try to get someone tonight if not in the morning. No I’m sorry nothing!! We talked with the security guard who contacted maintenance and he came over. Basically nothing could be done it just had to dry out which it did by the next morning. They slept on the couch bed that night and washed bedding and was able to sleep in the bed the next night. I asked him to keep me up to date on what was happening that night and it was not until 1:00 pm that I got a text from the owner the next day asking if everything was fine and a I’m sorry then. If it wasn’t for the lack of caring on the owners part I would have still given this place a 5 star even with dealing with the leak but that’s huge red flag for me. We won’t be back

This property was very nice and well maintained!

10/10 recommend. The condo was nice & clean! Brad (the host) was very nice & easy to get in touch with. The property has plenty of pools to accommodate the amount of guest and the walk to the beach is practically nothing! There is a little walk-up shop by the ground level pools that sells food, drinks, and other items. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time. Last year we stayed a week and this year a month. If that tells you anything. We have been talking about 2 months next year. We always feel completely safe when we stay there.And everyone is so friendly.

This was our second stay in this nicely decorated condo. Would stay again next year if it was available. The condo was clean. We love being so close to the beach!

This is our 5th year. Keep coming back. Only issue was heated pool was cool the first portion of stay. Then they turned on heaters. Wish it would of been warm right away. Everyone is always friendly. Building always clean.
