A 15-minute walk to the Disney tram, you're close enough to be first for the park opening or to return for a midday break. Kick back on on your private patio, or relax inside and enjoy the modern furnishings and professionally designed decor. The three on-site pools and relaxing hot tub are steps from your door, and reserved parking means you can leave the car at home when going to the park (and save money too!). This prime Orange County locale is also close to the area's best beaches and shops.
This newly remodeled two-story condo features a welcoming and light-filled living room. Settle in on comfy furniture (including a sleeper sofa) to watch a movie on the 65in 4K TV with Blu-ray. Your professionally decorated condo has been entirely renovated with new plumbing, electrical, bathrooms, kitchen, and special Quiet-batt sound insulation. As an added perk, the condo features blazing-fast 400 mbps internet. Stone countertops and modern lighting accentuate the new kitchen -- fully stocked with professional cookware, a coffee maker, blender, ice-maker, and stainless steel appliances. A gas range and an array of kitchen gadgets make cooking a breeze. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar and the glass-top dining table.
This condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The stylish bedrooms each have an updated bathroom with specialty Monarch linens, new tile, and new fixtures. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a California king bed and 50" TV with Blu-ray. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a marble double vanity. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath, a 32" TV, and a cozy reading area. Luminous tile and a tub/shower combination round out the second bathroom. An additional half bath adds convenience on the main floor.
Enjoy privacy on your secluded patio. Sip morning coffee on the comfortable outdoor furniture, or dine alfresco at the outdoor table. A gas grill is at the ready for cookouts. The condo complex features three sparkling pools, a hot tub, and a kids' play area.
Guest amenities include reserved parking, central air-conditioning, complimentary 400 mbps Wi-Fi, a playpen and high chair, as well as full-size washer/dryer.
This is the closest condo complex to Disneyland in all of Anaheim -- park worry-free at your own condo and walk to the tram in 15 minutes. It's also a short walk to the Anaheim Convention Center. Knott's Berry Farm is 10 minutes away by car. This location is also convenient to shops, restaurants, and the area's world-renowned beaches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed with our 4 kids and it was perfect! Beautiful on the inside and a very short walk to the monorail! The couch is a futon bed so I’d say only have one person sleep on it! We brought a blow up mattress as well! We’ll definitely be staying here every time we come to Disneyland!
Got to the property at approx 4 pm. Grandkids wanted to go straight to Disney. Got back late to realize the Trundle Bed mattress has springs poking up through the mattress. Completely uninhabitable. The pull out couch is not a traditional pull out bed. It’s a leather couch that lays flat. My best estimate is slightly larger than an extra long twin. The leather is not flat it’s square tucked so very deep bumps. Not acceptable for sleeping. We also discovered there was not enough bedding for the beds. Sheets, Blankets etc… It was late and I had to call the property management to try to get some bedding. The property is managed by Vacasa. They told me it could the next day before we could get bedding. Lucky we got a call back within a hour from a nice fellow who later brought us bedding. I would never consider this place to sleep 6 as advertised. I was not happy at all nor were the two adults who ended up sleeping on the floor. The ft door is very difficult. A young person or elderly would have a tough time opening. In addition to the aforementioned Uber Eats, Uber, Lyft will not know where to find you. We would have to go looking for them. The GPS takes them to another side of the complex. Just be aware. I plan to stick to ABB because this was a terrible experience and costly. No sleep and or bad is not fun for Disneyland or any experience. I have never had such a horrible stay and we travel and use ABB often. It was clean and newly updated. Very short walk to Disney.
It was a beautiful home, perfect for a family of 4! I loved that everything was nearby like a Walmart and plenty of Gas Stations! Doesn’t hurt the Disney is a very short drive as well! It was about a 40 minute drive from LAX with no traffic!
The condo/apartment we stayed in was nice - there were a few things either broken/not working or missing but not enough of a bother to ruin the trip. We've stayed in this apartment complex before and it's close to Disneyland - about a 15-20 minute walk. It's nice to stay in an apartment after a long day at the parks. The temperature of the apartment was nice - we were able to use the a/c & heat and both worked to keep us comfortable. The one thing about sleeping arrangements - the 'pull out couch' in the living room is not a very big size...it was just big enough for my adult son to sleep in, so if you're thinking of having 2 people share it, it might be best for children. All in all we enjoyed staying here - if they get some upgrades, fix a few items and get a new couch we might stay here again - if not, we will look for a different apartment in the same complex because of the location.
This condo is right where you need to be to walk to Disneyland. It was comfortable and lovely and had everything we needed. The property manager was responsive when we needed him.
Great place to stay! Close to Disneyland. Hard to find, but once you settle in it’s great. Remodeled condo in older unit, but don’t be fooled. Quiet and private. Recommend!
Very close to the parks walking distance. The home is very modern and well equipped As a vacation home owner on the East coast close to WDW. I know how hard is to mantain the homes..
Very clean and conveniently located close to Disneyland. A little tight for our family of 6 but we made it work. Thankful for the blowup mattress we found in the closet.
We found roaches at least one A-day our entire stay. My daughter slipped in the shower because the shower curtain fell on fell on her after we put it up it fell on her 2 more times she is now injured on her ankle. The convenience of walking across the street to Disneyland is not worth it! Although we have not heard back about my daughter's injury ...
Beautifully updated condo within a reasonable walk to the Disney (parking garage) tram. Parking in the unit’s private garage and checking in were easy. This 2 bed, 2.5 bath unit worked well for our family trip to the Disney parks. However, beware that the pool and hot tub listed cannot be accessed. The locked pool area requires a key fob for access, and security does not allow access without it. Vacasa staff did not seem aware of this and could not remedy the issue over the 3 days we were there.
The location is perfect as it's a super easy walk to Disneyland. The interior is very pleasing and the area is very quiet. The only tricky thing is finding the parking space, but the agency was available to help. Overall it's a great place.
This property is exactly as you see it. Upgraded and nicely decorated. We had all we needed EXCEPT for toilet paper. There is only one roll per bathroom (3 bathrooms). We were only there for a weekend (4 adults) and just made it through with what we had. Also lots of instructions on how to leave the apartment..start a load of towels. take out trash, start dishwasher? I paid cleaning fees isn't this what it is used for? The garage was a bonus, the apartment is comfortable and would recommend staying here.
This property was just what we needed. Great facilities, good kitchen, washer and dryer. Enough space for our family of 5 and just a walk to Disneyland. We have stayed in this complex 3 times now and it is the perfect place to come home to at the end of a big day. Thanks for having us. :)
The unit was great. Super close to disney, 15min walk, safe to walk home at night. It was clean and comfy. Beds and bedding great too. Although the management company could use some streamlining in their processes, they tried their best if we ran into issues, and were super polite and professional. They even reimbursed me when my car got towed and refunded us a bit of money for the inconvenience of not having a pool key. The pool was great! Good space, security on site, adult only pool option, and nice poolside loungers and tables with umbrellas for shade.
Would stay again! Walkable 15 minutes to DL entrance. Clean, safe great pools and hot tub.
Enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! Outside of building needs work but inside this unit was comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds we used were very comfortable. About 20 minute walk to Disneyland.
Despite the rough exterior, the remodeled interior is nicely appointed and served as a great place to unwind after long days exploring the city. The master is a nice retreat with a great walk-in shower - although we had to share it with the kids, because the other shower was clogged up and we never got a response to our text for service.
This place was perfect! So quiet and quaint, yet a simple hop across the street and Disneyland is at your full disposal! The local pool and hot tub is nice and the small patio is a lovely place to take a break. Decent amount of cooking gear makes it easy to bring home groceries and save on going out too much while you stay. Parking is tricky to locate, read the instructions carefully for parking access.
