Newly renovated condo close to St Augustine beaches and golf clubs

Excellent service!!

We liked alot about the property. Easy access and the room was very cozy. Wished we couldve enjoyed it more than we did. Will def wanna come back soon. Owner was very detailed about everything and made it easier...i failed to find the lazy river so we didnt get to enjoy that at all unfortunately.

The property itself was beautiful, even romantic with the Spanish style architecture. The owner of the property provided excellent communication and the the condo amenities made our stay peaceful and relaxing.

We loved the property. It was beautiful, clean and it had everything we needed. Steve made sure that our check-in process was easy. It’s a great place to celebrate an anniversary, with great amenities, quiet and safe. We will definitely consider it for a future stay in St. Augustine or Jacksonville.

The property was just as advertised. Lean, great location, use of pool and a gym(bonus). Stephan was communicative the day of, after that we had no need as everything was laid out as expected. Highly recommend.

One of the most fully stocked VRBOs I've ever seen! Even had bandages and several different brands of coffee. The condo was immuculate and Stephen was very prompt in answering quesitons. It's a bit of a drive to downtown St. Augustine, but was exactly the kind of place we were looking for. Very laid back and we met several of the neighbors. Hope to come back some day when the weather is a bit warmer and we will for sure look to rent here again.

From the moment we walked in, it felt very welcoming. It was probably the most well stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you’d need was there - from staples like coffee, sugar, creamer to paper towels and tissues, to soap, shampoos, and body wash. The area was lovely and walkable. Retail shops and restaurants were just minutes away and the beach was about 30 minutes. The condo also had holiday decorations which was appreciated since we stayed there over Christmas. It’s definitely a winner, and I highly recommend!

Our stay at World Gold Village was everything we hoped for. It was perfect for our family trip. The space was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The host “STEPHEN” was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay as a family stay or a romantic retreat. This will definitely be my go-to place every time I visit St. Augustine. Thank you Stephen!

The property is amazing. The check in and out process is so simple and clear. Steven is absolutely amazing. He is constantly communicating with us and making sure that all is going well. I wish everything in life was this good and is simple

Everything was great. We had a wonderful time. The golf course is under construction until October 2024 otherwise everything was accurate. Property owner was great. He answered all of our questions. We would stay there again.

The condo was very nice and clean. It was missing a few things from the listing (breakfast, Klondike bars, shampoo, etc.). The owner was very nice and responsive whenever we had a question. The pool was amazing! Definitely get you a float to lounge around on if you plan to spend some time in the pool. Not as close to downtown St. Augustine as we had hoped but still a reasonable drive.

This is our go-to place when staying in St. Augustine. The owner now feels like family.
