Newly Renovated, Beautiful Oceanfront Condo, 5 mins to Atlantic City

Other than the 734am building wide fire alarm on Sunday more ( everyone had to evacuate the building and wait for the fire department to clear the building) it was a great stay. Very nice place in a good location and the other residents all seemed nice as well. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is in a great location in a nice neighborhood and within walking to the beach. However, the place is absolutely NOT newly renovated and housekeeping was non-existent. There was pubic hairs around the toilet and on the sheets, a broken glass cup wedge under the fridge and candy wrappers shoved under the sheets/mattress.. plus dust everywhere. On the tv stand there was even “I was here” written in the dust. The washing machine was filled with stagnant water and smelled. Safety is a concern as the sliding glass door in the bedroom does not close completely and is only secured by a scrap piece of wood in the jam. The second shower is gross. The furniture, especially the living room furniture needs to be discarded - on the next garbage day - it’s likely that’s where it came from to begin with… the carpet Ew. I had read the other poor reviews however, I ignored them because the title said “newly renovated” so I made the wrong assumption that it was indeed renovated addressing the concerns - it was not.

This property was NOT newly renovated. The furniture looked liked it was picked off the curb from trash day. The rugs were stained and dingy. The sliding door in the master bedroom didn’t close. ( not didn’t lock, the door didn’t close, so there was a gap where the door met the frame and you could see day light. Definitely not a comfortable stay. We were only there for 2 nights thankfully.

We have family living on Brigantine Island, and rent a local apartment every year for our family reunion. The rental is for extra bedrooms and a place to eat breakfast.The Good: Check-in instructions were clear and detailed.The location was ideal, since it is near our family's home and also beach access. The apartment and building as a whole were clean and well maintained for vacation properties. Having a washer and dryer was great. We appreciated the parking permits, pool tags, and beach tags that were provided.The Okay: The kitchen was okay, and we used it only to prepare breakfast. Cabinet space was very limited. The only place to store dry goods (cereal, bread, peanut butter) was in a high cabinet over the microwave. Our needs were minimal, but for a family who plans to eat more meals in the apartment, this might be a problem.The Very, Very Bad: The twin beds in the smaller BR. I shared this room with my adult son. The mattresses were simply dreadful - uncomfortable, lumpy, no support. These mattresses should have been replaced during the renovation. Similarly, the pillows should have been replaced years ago. My son's pillow was a bag scantily filled with hard foam bits; mine was only about an inch thick. The towels were coarse and unpleasant. In contrast, the bed and towels in the master BR were fine. Does the owner assume the twin beds are only for children, and not adults? But nobody - NOBODY - should have to sleep on those beds!

Our overall stay was excellent. Few issues…living room furniture was very old, uncomfortable and not too clean. The porch door was extremely difficult to open and close. The shower door between bathrooms leaked when shower was in use. Excellent location and very friendly people all around. We will definitely recommend staying here, it is absolutely budget friendly!

Unit has nice size rooms , kitchen was good. Sofa in living needs to be replaced. Hand rails are needed for the tub/shower. It is a very high step in and dangerous for older folks. Really should be replaced with walk in shower. Overall needs some love

Needs some renovations, And was pretty dirty but the location was great.

The location was excellent. The property great. The location to the beach was convenient and enjoyable. I was able to walk right down the path and enjoy my coffee on the beach. The pool area was neat and clean. The decks were spacious and we had plenty of room. The outside of the condo building was well kept with nice landscaping. The contact person for the rental was prompt and responded to all inquiries with in hours. He had everything well organized and provided beach tags and pool tags for the unit. This was pleasant and enjoyable. The inside of the unit was not great. The unit is dingy and needs major upgrades.
