Newly Renovated Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis Club, Stunning Views, Beach Steps Away

Nice view. Clean. Pre-arrival instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Close walk to the beach, mini putt, and Indian Shores coffee shop (great spot). All amenities for the beach, tennis/pickleball, and kitchen. Parking was convenient. Carts are available for grocery and luggage up the elevator. It was windy for a couple of nights, which made it a bit noisy with the old sliding doors. The condo faces north so we didn’t see the sunrise this time of year. The foam on the beds are quite thick, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, our stay was good and our family enjoyed our time in Indian Shores.

We had the best 10 days at our favorite beach while staying at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. Very spacious and quiet. The balcony is perfect for sitting and reading a good book or watching the managers swim below! Highly recommend!

The condo was absolutely beautiful...

We loved our stay over Christmas break! Wonderful Bay views off of the back porch, tremendous sunsets over the Gulf, just outside the front door! The unit has everything you need and is very comfortable! The complex has a new pool, hot tub, & pool deck with a cabana bar and gas grills, overlooking the bay. The location is walking distance to one of our all-time favorite restaurants, Salt Rock Grill. Right on THE QUIETEST part of Gulf Blvd. Can't wait to go back next year!

Great location with nice tennis and pickleball courts. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen well stocked and pool was very nice.

Very nice condo that was clearly recently renovated. It was very clean, had all the amenities you would want including a wonderful community pool & hot tub, convenient assigned parking, and quiet. From the back balcony, there was a very nice view of the intracoastal and from the front balcony, you can see the gulf. Charline was also a very informative and responsive host! I will definitely come back and stay at this home!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a great location. It's on Gulf Boulevard but set back enough from the road so you don't hear any of the traffic, and very quiet sleeping at night. The beach access is almost directly across the street, and it was great to have the wagon, chairs, toys and beach umbrella provided. Having Smugglers Cove mini golf just a few steps from the building was a bonus. I also enjoyed sitting on the back balcony and watching the boats go by on the intracoastal waterway. It's also close to the bridges that get you back over on the mainland, so many other restaurants, stores, and supermarkets are within an easy 5-10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location…. Beautiful view

Charline's place was super nice and the location is very convenient. We have stayed a Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club numerous times and appreciate the location and the amenities. The condo is newly remodeled and very clean. However, there was some building materials left out during our stay which was a little out of place and unappealing. The condo is equipped with all the beach necessities as well as kitchen appliances. However, the house was lacking basic home essentials, such as shampoo, body wash, and sugar. Our stay was for over a week and small touches like that go along way in making a place feel more homey. The condo had tennis racquets but no pickleball paddles or putters for the putting green. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay again.

We loved this place! Loved the location. It had everything we needed. It had 6 beach towels, 5 or 6 beach chairs, a pop up beach tent that was so simple to set up (this was a game changer), beach toys, and a wagon to transfer everything in. It also had 2 tennis rackets. The tennis and pickleball courts are really nice. We bought some pickleball paddles and ball and left it there for the next group. Charline was great to work with. Answered our questions and any concerns we had. We want to go back. The beach was a 3 minute walk. We thought it was better than the beaches up north (Sand Key and Clearwater). It was less crowded as well. It's right next to a mini golf place that we recommend you try. Don't waste money on feeding the alligators. Not worth it, but the course was really fun. It's right by a trolley stop. We didn't use it, but considered it. We tried VIP Mexican, PJ's Oyster Bar, and Frenchy's. All great places to eat. Frenchy's was hard to get to because of the location. Maybe worth using the trolley next time.Beds were comfortable. The furniture is really nice and they've done a great job with the updates in it. The building is older, but didn't bother us at all. We loved the really nice pool. Water was really comfortable with a great location. We want to and plan on going back next year.

Our Host was marvelous. There was a small issue and she contacted us before we even got there. The unit was recently remodeled and we loved our stay. The Condo was quiet but lots of activities going on. We would stay at this unit again and very likely will next year for even longer.

We tremendously enjoyed our time in Indian Shores. The apartment is just a short walk from the beach, the swimming pool and hot tub at the property are great. The parking lot is under the building, so our car was always in the shade, which is rare in Florida. Coming back next year. It is a perfect vacation spot. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, the owner was very friendly and helpful.

The owner was tremendous. Check in was easy and clear to understand. Great views from the living room and the master bedroom of the water. We spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi and swimming pool and you can see the water while being in the pool. Although we did not fish ourselves, there were kids fishing off the docks. The condo had a pair of tennis racquets, so we went out and played. We enjoyed our time in Indian Shores. The unit is clean and well-kept. If you are looking for a great place to stay – give this unit a look. You will not be disappointed.

When I travel, my expectations are always hopeful yet cautious. I want things to be perfect and restore my soul somehow. My Indian Shores condo view and seaside/ mangrove- location provided opportunities to once again experience order and scenarios that encourage me to cope in this, sometimes, challenging world: Quiet mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee and a beautiful view of the mangrove with seabirds soaring by; Pelicans, in their military line-up or on solo flights, scanning their shopping malls for snacks; and the Osprey pair roaming and patrolling their territory. Also complimenting my stay was a visit to the Seaside Seabird Rescue Sanctuary where at the very time we were visiting the ‘rescued and fixed up’ birds were being released back to the seaside. Very inspiring! It is only a 10-minute plus walk away from the condo. The best memories of my time in Indian shores are the setting sun with the fisherman and waiting heron and a pelican in flight in a perfect picture moment. Thank you, Charline, for your ability to arrange my trip at such short notice and allowing me to have the trip of a lifetime.

Nice and clean condo. We enjoyed the newly remodeled swimming pool and hot tub, and the newly remodeled tennis and pickleball courts. The courts are in the shade every morning and evening, so the Florida heat did not stop us from playing tennis. The owner recommended playing mini golf, which is located just a minute walk from the condo. We had a great time. The walk to the Gulf beach is three minutes, and the sunsets there are gorgeous. We are coming back to this place for our vacation next year and staying longer.
